Embellish Magazine's Color Challenge/do some embossing

Mojo Monday Sketch challenge #136

challenge. I usually go for the round card....I just
love them....but today I am making a gift for my Mother in Law.....a set of square cards for her....so I decided to play along with the square sketch. I used one of my pre-embossed cards from Michaels and went from there. Let me know what you think!

Good Afternoon Ladies!! I have some exciting news!!! Just yesterday I receive this exciting news from Stampin Up!! Stampin Up is doing a Color Renovation (always gotta be keeping up with the trends) Our new Color families will look like this:
As with any change there is always a sad side....this time that side part is the saying goodbye to some of our old favorites!! So if there are any colors that you want to stock up on now is the time. Here is a list of the ones that are being retired in June.....glorious green, green galore, gable green, yoyo yellow, only orange, pink passion, pixie pink, orchid opulence, lovely lilac, brilliant blue, close to cocoa, creamy,, caramel, really rust, ruby red, cameo coral, summer sun, bordering blue, brocade blue, ballet blue, taken with teal, handsome hunter, pale plum, blush blossom, apricot appeal, barely banana, mellow moss, sage shadow, almost amethyst, lavender lace, basic brown, and going gray
I know that change is never easy but I am excited about this new set of colors that we will have to work with!! If the retirement of one of these colors makes you really sad....just stock up on it!! I think that the new colors will quickly become your favorites!! Plus how exciting is it that we get back some of those colors that we have missed so much!! Well that is all for the exciting news that I have for you....happy stampin!! --DEB
