FAITH is the cue card for the current challenge from CASology. I figured nothing says FAITH more than a scripture verse. So...here is Psalm 121:1-2!! I kept my card very clean and simple (CAS) and added just a small touch of sparkle with the red rhinestone at the center of the cross.

The current Library Challenge is to create a card that is inspired by the book...The Sewing Matching by Natalie Fergie. Just like the last card I made for this challenge I had to pull for the "stitch" part because of not having any sewing machine stamps. So...I did little hand stitching around this shell die. Plus the starfish has a bit of stitching on it!! Good luck to all those of you who are braving the Black Friday shopping!!

Two challenges rolled into one card this evening!! Less Is More has use using torn papers...I love this simple technique but haven't used it for a while. I am thankful for the inspiration!! I also tied in the "North Pole" theme from Paper Players. This two challenges ended up being a fun combination!! I love snowflakes on cards but I must admit that I don't miss the snowfall in VA.
Loving this sketch from Sketch Saturday....used it yesterday and again today!! I decided to make this one for my Christmas stash. Normally this Tim Holtz sentiment is horizontal but I cut the letters apart to use it vertically. Makes for a different and fun new look!! This Christmas joy card also fits the challenge from Hand Stamped Sentiments!!

Here is another take on the sketch challenge from CAS(E) this Sketch. I love the classy simplistic look of this sketch so much that I created another card using it. Several days ago I created two Christmas cards using this sketch with ribbon from a bouquet of flowers that was delivered to our office...I did it again with the ribbon from last week's arrangement. Each Monday the local florist delivers our office an arrangement for the waiting room...I have taken to repurposing the beautiful bows, and this sketch is perfect for doing that!!

This one took some thinking...for some reason I all of a sudden couldn't think of any N letter words much less things I was thankful for!! Finally.....Night-time--rest is so good for our bodies!! Nose--the gift of smell is usually a blessing!! Nuts...cashews are my favorite but I love them all!!

And the book title from the Library Challenge...the book for challenge #46 was The Sewing Machine by Natalie Fergie. I don't have any sewing machine stamps but that these Stitched Circle dies tie the bill!!

Shared...quiet time and coffee with my hubby each morning!! Passed on...my love for hosting...it is so fun to here my daughter picking up this gift!!
