Inspired By Challenges // #IB273 ...An inspiration challenge!!  The Inspired By team also gives us a sketch that coordinates with the inspiration photo...using it is optional.  I decided to use both elements for today's card.

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc239 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this game board: heart (stamp from Stampin Up's Bee My Valentine), red (Stampin Up's retired Rose Red ink & card stock), die/punch (sentiment die).

Papercraft Challenges // #PC102 ...An "anything goes" challenge!!  This challenges means that every card I have made this week would work for this challenge but I am retraining and not dumping 31 cards into your linky!! LOL

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #514

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS514 ...A "shopping your stash" challenge!!  This current challenge that begins today has a Winter Wonderland theme!!  

From my stash, I pulled out my "most used" embossing folder and this "not used enough" jumbo snowflake die.  These items made for a classy white on white with just the right pop of color!!  I am excited to see your winter wonderlands...what do you have in your stash that fits this theme?!?  Dig deep and share your creation with us!!  For additional inspiration, check out the fantastic winter wonderland themed card created by the rest of our design team over at the Shopping Our Stash blog.

CAS on Friday // #275 ...A "clean and simple" challenge!!  For this current challenge we are asked to create a WINTER themed card!!  Snowflakes and Christmas make for a perfect winter combination!!

Time Out Challenges // #TOC255 ...A quote challenge!!  The quote for this challenge that is to be our inspiration is... "Winter solitude - 

in a world of one colour

the sound of wind."

A white of white card with a splash of color seemed perfect for this quote.

Jingle Belles // #JB2402 ...A year round Christmas challenge!!  For this current challenge, we are to use something old and something new.  Mine old is the embossing folder and die, and my new is the printed burlap ribbon.  This brand new roll of ribbon was bought on clearance at Hobby Lobby's after Christmas sale.

Update: The snowflake card was chosen by the Time Out team as "honorable mention"!!  How exciting to get a shout out on this Christmas CAS card.

Just Add Ink // #JAI686 ...An inspiration challenge!!  Refreshing limes and the color combo was my inspiration from this photo.  Blueberry Bushel and Granny Apple Green make for a very refreshing color combination!!

Sketch~N~Scrap // #SNS258 ...A sketch challenge!!  The trio of squares called for in this sketch worked perfectly for showcasing my trio of lime slices.

Color Throwdown Challenges // #ctd777 ...A color challenge!!  The trio of colors called for in the challenge are navy, pink, and red.  A fun combination for a Valentine's Day card.

Paper Craft Crew Challenges // #PCC554 ...A theme challenge!! Valentine's Day!!  The count down is on for the next card worthy event, so this makes for a needed challenge theme.

Global Design Project // #GDP429 ...A color challenge!!  Lost Lagoon, Poppy Parade, and Grey Granite are the colors called for in this challenge!!  I use Lost Lagoon ink & bakers twine, Poppy Parade ink, and Grey Granite card stock & designer papers for creating my beach birthday card.

Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge // #SC994 ...A sketch challenge!!  I love the layers called for in the sketch...perfect for playing with different designer papers in the same color.

Make My Monday Challenge // #MMM217 ...A theme challenge!!  Happy Birthday!!  We all need birthday cards, so this theme is great for adding cards to our stash.  But this one wont be added to my stash, it was made for my son-in-law who has a birthday coming up.

Just Us Girls Challenge // #JUG711 ...A technique challenge!!  Use a stencil to create your card.  This sun-ray & surf stencil has become one of my favorites...you know I love all things beachy!!

Card #2 was inspired by 3 challenges...

Cupcake Inspirations // #CI586 ...A cupcake inspired challenge!!  The cupcakes chosen for this challenge are all about fairytales.  I right away thought of this retired frog set from Stampin Up...a frog and a crown...perfect fairytale pair!!

Addicted to Stamps & More // #460 ...A technique challenge!!  Die-cuts are called for in this current challenge!!  I used a crown die, a lilypad die, a water lily die, and a frog die!!  And actually card #1 uses both a stencil and a die...so it counts too!!

Color Hues // #TCH79 ...A color challenge!!  Copper and Green are the colors called for in this current challenge.  I use some metallic card stock for my water lillies, and copper embossing powder and ink for the crown.  I got my green covered in two shades of green...one for the lily pad and one for the frog.

The Paper Players // #PP673 ...A themed CAS challenge!!  Winter Fun is the theme for this clean and simple challenge.  Snowflakes are the only part of winter that I find fun and then only if I am sitting inside by a fire watching them through the window.

CAS on Friday // #275 ...A theme challenge!!  WINTER!!  I kept to day's card clean and simple...two small dies and a little bit of stamping.

Addicted to CAS // #250 ...A code word challenge!! SKY!!  The sky is where snowflakes and blizzards begin!!  A wintery sky full of snowflakes is what makes a cold winter day bearable!!

Simply Clean & Simple Challenges // JAN2024 ...A theme challenge!!  WINTER!!  Another clean & simple WINTER challenge...January calls for these types of theme!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC561 ...A sketch challenge!!  Another great sketch for showcasing my new designer papers along with my new Jungle Pals bundle from Stampin Up's Sale-A-Bration event.

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M460 ...A technique challenge!!  Use die cuts!!  A perfect challenge for playing with my new dies that match the Jungle Pals stamp set.

Never Before Used Schtuff Challenge // 3NBUS58 

 Sale-A-Bration is my favorite time of year with freebies from Stampin Up!!  I loved opening my boxed of new SCHTUFF!!  The new SCHTUFF used on today's card: Designer Papers in Copper Clay & matching dots!!  This is a new color for me...I was thinking that I didn't need the new In Colors this year but decided to cave!!

I used to be a Stampin Up demonstrator (for over 20 years) but gave up my demonstratorship when I moved and just couldn't get a cliental in my new location.  Sale-A-Bration was my favorite time of year then and still is now that I am a customer!!  I loved opening my boxed of new SCHTUFF!!
