Penguin Party

5 challenges inspired today's card...

Double Trouble Challenge // #207 ...A "Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3" challenge!!  Thing 1 wants us to follow a "Cool, Wild, and/or Crazy" recipe...3 colors (Soft Sky, Highland Heather & Only Orange), 2 shapes (square & geometric cut outs), and 1 sentiment (Happy Birthday)...CHECK!!  Thing 2 wants us to use the sketch from Try A Sketch On Tuesday #686...CHECK!!  Thing 3 wants us to use 2 squares (I used a stitched die square and then made mini square embellishments)...CHECK!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT686 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch challenge partners up with Double Trouble regularly to give us a double challenge.

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb263 ...A "retro stamp" challenge with a theme!!  For this first challenge of 2026 the theme is "Anything Goes" and true to it's name this challenge also requires using a stamp that is over a year old.  I used the pequin from Stampin Up's Snow Place bundle that came out in 2015...over 10 years old!!

Alphabet Challenge // 09JAN26 ...An ABC challenge!!  S is for SQUARE!!  I used a stitched square die and a trio of mini squares as an embellishment.

Allsorts Challenge // #AC840 ...An "anything goes" challenge with an optional twist!!  The optional twist for this current challenge is "Winter Animals"...I picked a penguin.  This cute little guy is form Stampin Up's Snow Place set.  My embossing folder, inks, and papers are also from Stampin Up.

UPDATE:
Yippie!!  This cute little card was a top pick over at the Try A Sketch On Tuesday challenge.  Thanks to the design team for the shout out on my Penguin Party birthday card.
