Tic Tac Toe Challenge #060...#3

Today ended up being a rainy day so I decided to play along with all the options for this week's Tic Tac Toe board.  This card is for the bottom row across...Blue/Wreath/Button.

 Blue...Marina Mist ink and cardstock
Wreath...Stampin Up die from Swirly Bird bundle and stamped flowers from that same set
Button...mini buttons at the center of the flowers and Verve sentiment
