#6...that is right!! Here is my 6th card out of 7 that I am creating to showcase Stampin Up's new Birds and Branches bundle. A whole weeks worth of inspiration for this new set!! I loved the sketch from Fab Friday...It was my inspiration for this card.
Whale Done is another fun stamp set that is in Stampin Up's new catalog! I am kinda wishing I would have started a week's work of inspiration for this stamp set as well. Oh well I guess I still could!! My inspiration for this card came from two challenges. The game board from the Tic Tac Toe (#tttc072) challenge...my three in a row run diagonal...stitching (black thread stitched along the inked portion), sea creatures (whale stamped and punched out), and water (embossed background is all under water images and the whales spout). And the sketch challenge from the CAS(E) this Sketch (#cts380) team.
Update: Yahoo!! Such an honor!! This card was chosen as a "team pick" by the Tic Tac Toe team. Thanks guys for the shout out!!
Today's third card was inspired by two challenges as well. The "long & skinny" challenge from Just Us Girls (#PP544), and the color challenge from The Paper Players (#JUG544) Their color combo for this challenge was Smokey Slate (my card base and baker's twine), So Saffron (coloring of his spots and card stock layer) and Seaside Spray (designer paper layer).
