3 challenges inspired today's card...
Sunday Stamps // #SSC263 ...A color challenge!! Use as least 3 of the 5 colors given. I used all 5...creating a backdrop with my watercolor pencils.
As You See It // #AYSI256 ...A fill in the blank challenge! My favorite animal is_____. I am not a huge animal lover but I do really like dragonflies. I love it when I am kayaking and one lands on my kayak...the sun on their wings is amazing!!
Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS370 ...A photo challenge!! I picked the dragonfly from this collage of images.
VERSE OF THE DAY
The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.

ReplyDeleteI live near a canal so see lots of dragonflies too - love the watercolour pencil background detail on your card front DJ, very interesting and a different way to add colour. Thanks for sharing with us over at As You See It this week!
ReplyDeleteI like your idea for a watercolour pencil background. It really stands out! I was out fishing with my grandkids tonight and the dragonflies were loudly buzzing around the dock, being so distracting!! I wanted to catch them to use as bait, but they were far too fast! Thanks for filling in the blank with us at As You See It Challenges.
ReplyDeleteYour lovely background is a iridescent as a dragonfly wing! Thanks for joining us again at As You See It.
