Twofer Challenge #25 & CAS(E) this Sketch #364

The Twofer Challenge this month was to create two cards using the Spring Animal theme...two different designs for two different occasions (Baby & Friendship) using the same stamps, stencils, and/or dies.  I pulled a Sale-a-bration stamp set from last year off the shelf (Stampin Up's Hey, Chick) because it was prefect for the Spring Animal theme.

For this first card I used the sketch challenge from CAS(E) this Sketch as my inspiration.  That row of circles just reminded me of a gathering of eggs.
#bethegift challenge:  Pick up trash at a local park...be the gift in your own city.

  1. How fun to use this set for the challenge, DJ! That crazy-feathered mama and her chick work so well for a new baby card and I love how you used the sketch to line up the chicks for a friendship card! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #25! Take care!! 😷 Hugs, Darnell

  3. That is one of my favorite chicken images ever! Such a fun baby card with the new chick starting to crack out of its shell, and I love the clever way you used that sketch for your row of chicks! Thanks for joining in the fun with us at the Twofer Card Challenge!
