Today begins a new challenge at...
CAS on Friday // #309 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme!! THINGS WITH WINGS is the theme for this current challenge. We want to see those "things with wings" on your card. I picked a butterfly for my card. I kept it clean and simple using a border embossing folder, navy blue twin, a Verve stamp sentiment, and Field Notes ephemera from Tim Holtz.
#309 // Things With Wings |
Now it is your turn, come join the fun & play along!! We can't wait to see your "things with wings"!! Hop on over to our blog for all the details on this new challenge and to gather inspiration from the rest of the design team. You are gonna love their creations and are sure to be inspired by their creativity.
Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS686 ...A sketch challenge!! This sketch was the starting point for today's card. It was also the perfect sketch for making a shaker card.
Just Us Girls // #JUG775 ...A "mood board" challenge!! My inspiration for this mood board is the stripes (colored pencils) and dots (paint pots) along with the rainbow of colors. An artsy display of color and fun!!
Little Red Wagon // #LRW807 ...A theme challenge!! "D is for DIE CUT" is the theme for this current challenge. I used a starfish die to cut out my shaker window and then used that die cut to decorate my envelope.
Just Add Ink // #JAI751 ...A technique challenge!! The technique being showcased for this challenge...a SHAKER card!! I used micro beads inside of my starfish to create my shaker element. The micro beads didn't show up very good in the photo of my card so I decided to add a second close up photo to showcase my starfish shaker element.
Beautifully CAS card! I love that navy twine--what a beautiful effect!
