Jingle Belles 8.12.22 // Try Stampin On Tuesday #569 // Just Us Girls #646 // TicTacToe #175

2 Cards...

Card #1 inspired by 1 challenge...

Jingle Belles // 8.12.22 ...A Christmas challenge!!  The challenge for this current challenge is to make a slim line card.  I am still looking for a source for slim line card bases and envelopes.  I have asked this question on several occasions when a challenge calls for a slim line card and have yet to have a response.  So I will ask again...where do you get your slim line card bases and envelopes??
Slim Line 8.12.22

Card #2 inspired by 3 challenges...

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT569 ...A sketch challenge!!  The current challenge also gave us the option of using an inspirational photo as well but I just used the sketch.

Just Us Girls // #JUG646 ...A color challenge!!  The color combo for this challenge is to use teal, yellow, and tan.  This combo calls for another Hippiest Hippo card...cause they are just so stinking cute!!

TicTacToe Challenge // #tttc175 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning 3 in a row on this game board:  polkadots (designer papers), die cuts (stitcher rectangles & Hippiest Hippo bundle) and embossing (wavey folder for background)!!

  1. First the card: that's a lovely design, the snowman is sweet as can be and I love the papers and embellies you've added to make a fabulous slimline card design. So pleased you could join our Jingle Belles fun this fortnight!

Re slimline card blanks: I nearly always make my own card blanks from cardstock using a scor-pal, but The Paper Cut makes some nice ones, also I think Impression Obsession makes colorful variety packs. When looking for affordable envelopes, I like Jam Paper (they sell some stuff through Staples online and Amazon as well) but like a lot of the old school companies, they still call them #10 envelopes! ;)

  2. Deb, what a cute hippo card you created with our Try Stampin' on Tuesday sketch! Love the contrast in the colors you chose. Using an open rectangle for the slanted panel was quite clever!! Thank you for sharing your creativity with us once again at TSOT!!! -Donna
