Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC612 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the starting point for today's card.  I used vellum over my watercolored/embossed background for the trio of panels. 

Can You Handle The Pressure // 11JAN25 ...An embossing challenge with an optional theme!!  3D embossing folder is the theme for this current challenge.  I used Stampin Up's 3D Seashell embossing folder to create my background.

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M484 ...An "any occasion" challenge!!  Every occasion since my move to Florida has me missing my "tribe" back there in Virginia.

The Paper Players // #PP720 ...A color challenge!!  Pink, Orange, and Green are the colors called for in this current challenge!!  I used a pastel version of each...Blushing Bride, Pale Papaya, and Seafoam Greean.

TGIF Challenges // #tgif507 ...A sketch challenge!!  A fun clean and simple sketch that  paired up perfectly with the Paper Players color challenge!!

Alphabet Challenge // 10JAN25 ...An ABC challenge!!  T is for Thank You!!  My stash of "thank you" cards has dwindled down to just one, so this challenge is perfect for me!!  It gave me the motivation to build it back up!!

Word Art Wednesday // #681-#682 ...An "anything goes" challenge with a Bible verse!!  The verse for this current challenge is Acts 2:28.  I hope we can all be full of joy today!!

As You See It // #AYSI339 ...A color challenge!!  The colors called for in this current challenge are Berry Burst, Basic Gray, Smokey Slate, and Peach Pie.  A fun color combo for showcasing this Bible verse.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS70 ...

Not a challenge site but a great place to show off those "never been used" items...whether it is something brand new or something that has been neglected.  Today I am showcasing a prize I won from the Double Trouble card challenge.

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS539

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS539 ...A "shopping your stash" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this new challenge is GLITTER ME HAPPY!!  That is right...we want to see your glitter!!  While it might not make you happy working with it because of the mess it makes, a card with glitter is sure to bring a smile!!  I dug in my stash and found this ultra fine glitter from Stampin Up that paired up perfectly with this new stencil that was just added to my stash.  I stenciled with VersaMark ink, used some heat and stick powder over it, heated it, sprinkled on my glitter, heated it again, and taadaa!!

Now it is your turn...find that glitter that you have tucked away in your stash and have some fun!!  I promise you that it is worth the mess it makes!!  We can't wait to see how our new challenge inspires you!!  Your will find all the details for this new GLITTER ME HAPPY challenge, along with additional inspiration from the rest of the design team over at our blog.

{PIN}spirational Challenges // #321 ...A monthly challenge inspired by a Pinterest photo.  For January's challenge we have a "Pink Winter Sky" photo.  My inspiration from the photo was the pink!!  And the glistening snow...so on my card that translates as glitter!!

AAA Birthday Challenge // #69 ...A birthday card challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is WINTER BIRTHDAY!!  

Simply Clean & Simple // JAN2025 ...A monthly CAS challenge with an optional theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is to use something new...I used a new stencil that was a thank you gift in a recent online order.

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT661 ...A sketch challenge!!  The TSOT team has a fun sketch for their first sketch challenge of 2025.  I look forward to the inspiration that they offer.  Here's to another year of great sketches.  I replaced the diamonds with snowflakes...I hope that was okay!!

AAA Birthday Challenge // #69 ...A monthly birthday challenge with a theme!!  The theme for January is WINTER BIRTHDAY!!  Snowflakes seemed very fitting for a winter birthday...especially for a friend who lives up north and loves the snow!!

Inspiration Station // #IS69 ...A monthly photo inspired challenge!!  My inspiration from January's photo is the color combo and the falling snowflakes.  Boho Blue and Apricot Appeal make a perfect wintery combination.

INKspirational Challenge // #IC332 ...A "designer's choice" challenge!!  Julia's designer's choice for this current challenge is PRETTY QUILT!!  I used a retired Stampin Up punch to create a paper pieces quilt patten on the top third of my card and then finished it off with a verse stamp from Papertrey Ink.

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS454 ...A color challenge!!  The trio of colors called for in this challenge: Lemon Lime Twist, Highland Heather, and Petunia Pop.  I used Stampin Up designer papers for each of the colors called for and used Highland Heather ink for my sentiment.

Allsorts Challenge // #AC814 ...A "matching pairs" challenge.  For this challenge we are asked to create a matching pair...either an envelope, bookmark, gift tag, or gift bag.  I always make a matching envelope for my cards so this challenge is an easy one to play along with.

Sketcg~N~Scrap // #SNS281 ...A sketch challenge!!  This challenge offers both scrap book sketches and card sketches.  I built today's card using the their first card sketch of 2025.  I look forward to the inspiration they will offer this coming year.

CAS Colours & Sketches // #551 ...A color & sketch challenge!!  This week they are offering a color challenge.  The colors called for in this current challenge are Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie, and Old Olive.   I usually think of these colors as fall colors but they worked great for a caffeinated themed card too.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS70 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  Not really a challenge but a blog for showcasing those items that are being used for the very first time.  I am showcasing my new stamps and paper from Newton's Nook.  I won a gift card from them and had so much fun shopping there!!
