Lattes & Layers //  07APR26 ...A monthly beverage challenge!! For the month of April Laurel wants us to follow a RAINBOW theme!!  

              
Looking for inspiration? You could incorporate Rainbow by using:

• an actual rainbow in your design
• a rainbow of layered colors or patterned papers
• ombré or tone-on-tone color palettes
• mugs, cups, or drink elements with colorful accents even a rainbow on the mug itself!

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M514 ...An "any occasion" challenge!!  Everyday is a good day to tell someone that they are FA-BREW-LOUS!!  No special occasion needed just an "any occasion" kind of day!!

First Cup Challenges // APR2026 ...A monthly "beverage related" challenge!!  My beverage of choice more often than not is coffee...on cards and in person!!  Have a fa-brew-lous day!!

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS571

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS571 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this new challenge...I DON'T SWEAT, I SPARKLE!!  We want to see those sparkly, glittery things you have in your stash.  I have had this glittery sticker in my stash for years...from back in my scrapbooking days.  I made my last scrapbook for my daughters graduation and that was in 2014.

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS730 ...A sketch challenge!!  I love that this sketch had a frame in it, it gave me the opportunity to play with a new frame die that I just won from the Double Trouble challenge.

INKspirational Challenge // #IC364 ...A "word prompt" challenge!!  I wrote in my draft book for making card that this challenge was an "E is for..." challenge, totally missing the clean and simple element which is the main element.  Grrr!!  But I am entering it anyway because it was indeed inspiration for this card...E is for ELEPHANT!!  I will try to be back with a truly CAS card!!

Little Red Wagon // #LRW852 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is M is for Masculine!!  Does BABY BOY count?!?  

Can You Handle The Pressure // 28MAR26 ...An embossing challenge with an optional theme!!  The optional theme for this current challenge is KIDS!!

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC383

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC383 ...A sketch challenge!!  Today begins a new "Get In Shape" sketch challenge and I got to design the sketch this time.  My sister-in-law regularly gives us honey from their bees so this sketch/thank you card was created with her in mind.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC675 ...A weekly sketch challenge!!  This week's sketch was the starting point for today's card and it worked perfectly for coming these challenges.

Allsorts Challenge // #AC846 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is...IT"S SPRING TIME!!  The flowers are blooming, time to cut them and bring them in to the table!!  Today's card was created using Stampin Up inks, papers, and punches.   My base card, envelope, and rhinestones are from Hobby Lobby. The verse stamp is from Papertrey Ink.

Ellibelle's Corner // #35 & #13 ...A "blog land corner" with two challenges!!  I Spy With My Little Eye #35 is looking for SPRING FLOWERS, and Ellibelle's Garden Party #13 is looking for ANYTHING FOUND IN THE GARDEN.

New Challenge @ CAS on Friday #331

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #331 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is...BOTANICALS!!  I have so many pictures for botanicals in my Google Photos...my hubby is a fan for photographing flowers and foliage.  I even have some framed in our home.  So a framed botanical scene seemed perfect for this clean and simple challenge.

A Set of Sympathy Cards

 

4 challenges inspired today's set of cards...

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc570 ...A "one sheet wonder" challenge!!  I used a 6x6 double sided piece of designer paper from Stampin Up to create my "one sheet wonder" set of card.  I created a set of 4 sympathy cards using the templet pictured for this challenge.

The Paper Players // #PP779 ...A "game board" challenge!!  For this current challenge the PP team has us playing on a tic-tac-toe board.  My winning three in a row for each of these 4 cards runs across the top of the game board: die cut, ribbon, and sentiment.

Allsorts Challenge // #AC846 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is IT'S SPRING TIME!!  These blue flowers have me thinking of spring and new life...why is it that we us flowers (a sign of life) pm sympathy cards (a sign of death)!?!  Most items used to create these 4 sympathy cards are from Stampin Up...I did use a Verve sentiment on card #1 and card #4, and a Tim Holtz die on card #1 and card #2.

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M514 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is ANY OCCASION!!  It is a sad day when the occasion calls for a sympathy card, but I am hoping these cards will bring a bit of comfort to this occasion that is full of sadness.
