Stick It Down // JUL2026 ...A sketch challenge found on FaceBook!!  July's sketch was perfect for combining these additional challenges.

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS492 ...An inspiration challenge!! My inspiration from the visual prompt...the lower photo of palm trees with a pink and orange sky.

A Cut Above // JUL2026 ...A monthly die cut challenge!!  I used two die cuts from Stampin Up...the stitched rectangle die and the Timeless Tropical palm die.

Cut It Up // #360 ...A die cut challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND.  I made my own sky background using an acrylic block, inks, and a spritzer.

CAS Colours & Sketches // #589 ...A clean and simple sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the starting point for today's card.  It worked perfectly for combining these 4 challenges.

The Paper Funday Challenge // #89 ...A monthly "anything goes" challenge with an optional twist!!  The twist for the month of July is SUMMER SPLASH!!  Lots of summer splashes take place on our boat!!

Time Out Challenge // #TOC317 ...A theme challenge!!  WATER is the theme for this current challenge!!  I used a Funky Fossil stencil for creating my WATER on today's clean and simple card.

Just Us Girls // #JUG832 ...A "mood board" challenge!!  My inspiration from the mood board...the sun rays, the pastel colors, the water, and the over all SUMMER theme!!

Inspiration Station // #IS87 ...A monthly "visual prompt" challenge!!  My inspiration from July's photo prompt: the chalk board & the over all theme...CHRISTMAS IN JULY.

Double Trouble // #220 ...A "Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3" challenge!!  Thing 1 wants us to follow a "Christmas in July" recipe...3 colors (colored in my embossed image with green, red, and yellow), 2 layers (layered black card stock onto striped designer paper), and 1 holiday image (Christmas florals from Miss Ink Stamps) ...CHECK!!  Thing 2 wants us to use the sketch from Try A Sketch On Tuesday #699...CHECK!!  Thing 3 wants us to use STARS and/or STRIPES (I used both)...CHECK!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT699 ...These two challenges always partner up.  Since this is a planned partnership on their part (not me picking and combining challenges) you always know they work perfectly together!!

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M521 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is MAKE YOU MARK!!  I made my mark by coloring with Stampin Up chalks.  I love the look of chalk on black paper!!

Make My Monday // #MMM282 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme  for this current challenge is CHRISTMAS IN JULY!!  Merry Christmas to you...a little bit early!!

Inspired By Challenge // #IB396 ...A "visual prompt" challenge with an optional sketch!!  I used both elements of this challenge on today's card.  Inspired by...Poolside!!  My inspiration from the photo, the color combo.  I used Stampin Up inks...Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, and So Saffron.

Just Us Girls // #JUG831 ...A "word" challenge!!  This week our challenge is to use the word PLAY!!  Flying kites...some of the most fun and at time frustrating form of PLAY!!

We Love Stamping // JUL2026 ...A monthly theme challenge!!  SUMMERTIME is the theme for this current challenge!!  Kite flying is a tradition each summer at the beach!!  This stamped kite was created using Stampin Up's Swirly Bird stamp set, the sentiment is from Stampin Up's Above the clouds, and the circle background is from Stampin Up's Kinda Eclectic.  Yes, I had a mess on my desk!! :-)

Addicted to CAS // #312 ...A "code word" challenge!!  UP is the code word for this current challenge!!  Let's go fly a kite...Up, Up, Up, and away!!

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS578 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a summer color palette!!  The colors for this current challenge are teal, pink, and purple.  A sweet selection of colors calls for a sweet treat...but only if you want too!!

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC390

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC390 ...A "color palette" challenge!!  Of the five colors given on our "Garden Grandeur" color palette, pick at least three to use on your card.

For my take on this new color challenge that begins today, I used Stampin Up's Early Espresso, Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz, and Old Olive.  And since there were flowers in the photo, I decided to use a flower die as well.

AAA Birthday Challenge // #87 ...A monthly birthday challenge with a theme!!  The theme for the month of July is FOR THE GIRLS!!  I made this card for my nephew's wife who's birthday is today!!

As you See It // #AYSI376 ... A "fill in the blank" challenge!!  My favorite embossing folder is____.  Stampin Up's Dotted Circle 3D folder!!  I know I have already played along with this challenge and named another folder as a favorite but can't a girl have more than one?!?  I saw this folder on a card and just had to have it...when it order and it was "out of stock"!!  Tried several times before I was able to get it.  It is such a fun folder and is definitely ONE of many favorites!!
