New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC384

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC384 ...A color challenge!!  From the "Pastel Portraits" color palette of five colors use at least three on your card.  I used all five colors this time. 

Stampin Up's Pretty in Pink, Strawberry Slush, Daffodil Delight, Gray Granite, and Bubble Gum Green were my pick of colors for today's challenge.  My color picks didn't end up being as "soft" as our "Pastel Portraits" color palette...oops!!

We Love Stamping // APR2026 ...A monthly "stamping" challenge with a theme!!  SPRING is the theme for the month of April.  I stamped my own background paper using new stamps from Tracy Evans Boutique Designs.

Sketch~N~Scrap // #SNS296 ...A monthly sketch challenge that offers both card sketches and scrapbook pages!!  Today I am using their card sketch as a building block for showcasing our new color challenge over at Sunday Stamps.

Never Before Used // #NBUS85 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have "never been used"...whether they are brand new or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using.  Today I am using a new stamp set from Tracy Evan's Boutique Designs...they are getting inked up for the first time today.

New Challenge @ CAS on Friday #332

 

A New Challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #332 ...A clean and simple challenge with a SYMPATHY theme!!  Yesterday we began a new challenge but somehow I missed it!!  A scheduling mishap on my end...so sorry to the design team for dropping the ball on this one.  A day late I guess is better than NEVER!!  So here is my clean and simple SYMPATHY card.

INKspirational Challenges // #IC365 ...A "visual prompt" challenge!!  The visual prompt for this current challenge is a sketch.  I did a mini version on this sketch earlier this week but wanted to do another one with some full size squares.

Can You Handle The Pressure // 11APR26 ...An embossing challenge with an optional theme!!  BLUE ON BLUE is the theme for this current challenge.  I used Stampin Up's 3d shells embossing folder and their Night of Navy & Balmy Blue to showcase this challenge.

As You See It // #AYSI370 ...A "fill in the blank" challenge!!  Besides Christmas card, I mail more _____ cards than any other!! THANK YOU!!  Another thank you card for my pastor's stash.  

Make My Monday // #MMM275 ...A theme challenge!!  MONOCHROME is the theme for this current challenge!!  Blue Blue and more Blue!!  Makes for a great nautical card!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC677 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for combining these challenges and showcasing a Christmas card in April...gotta get that Christmas stash filled up!!

ABC Christmas Challenge // 08APR26 ...An alphabet challenge with a Christmas theme!!  H is for HAT & I is for IMAGE ONLY (no sentiment).   Can you find the hats??  They are there...toboggans on sledding kids & at least two Santa hats!!  And no MERRY CHRISTMAS or SEASONS GREETINGS found here...check!!

Jingle Belles // #JB2608 ...A year round Christmas challenge with a theme!!  VINTAGE is the theme for this current challenge.  I used some vintage papers that I picked up at Hobby Lobby and did some distressing to accomplish my vintage vibe.  Thanks for keeping us on track for getting our Christmas cards complete!!

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb269 ...A wintery tic-tac-toe challenge using retro rubber!!  I am using a Stampin Up stamp set called Winter Woods that came out in 2018.  My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe board: sequins, pines, and tags...across the top of the board for the win!!

Alphabet Challenge // 03APR26 ...An ABC challenge!!  Y is for YELLOW FLOWERS!!  How about some itty bitty yellow colors!?!

INKspirational Challenges // #IC365 ...A "visual prompt" challenge!!  For this visual prompt we were given a sketch.  I created a mini version of this so that I could use my postage punch and stamps that are retired from Stampin Up...but so cute that I just couldn't part with them.

As You See It // #AYSI370 ...A "fill in the blank" challenge!!  Besides Christmas card, I mail more _____ cards than any other!! THANK YOU!!  I may not mail more but I make more because I keep our Pastor supplied with THANK YOU cards. I made a basket for him that he keeps on his desk and I keep it filled up!! He mails them out...he is very intentional about letting others know he is grateful for them!!

Festive Friday Challenges // #FF0207 ...An "inspo list" challenge!!  From the inspo list honoring World Stationary Day, pick 3 of the 10 elements to use on your card.  I picked: twine, envelopes, postmarks.  Letter writing is becoming a lost art...here's to bringing it back!!

The Paper Players // #PP781 ...A color challenge!!  Basic Black, Smokey Slate, and Daffodil Delight are the colors called for in this sketch!!  This color combo had me thinking of bees right away!!

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc572 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch worked perfectly for bringing together this combination of challenges.

Little Red Wagon // #LRW854 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is THAT SONG!!  For this challenge we are to create a card inspired by a song of our choice.  My pick is Be Kind by Marshmallow &Hasley ...thanks for BEEing kind!!

Addicted to CAS // #305 ...A clean & simple "code word" challenge!!  The code word for this current challenge is FAMILY!!  The addition of a new little one to a family is the sweetest thing...the love only grows!!

Make My Monday // #MMM275 ...A theme challenge!! The theme for this current challenge is MONOCHROME!!  I used Cherry Cobbler for my monochrome color, using ink and bakers twine.
