CAS on Friday // #312 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme!!  BOTANICALS is the theme of this new challenge that begins today.  

I used Stampin Up's Wild Flower Design stamp set to create my row of botanicals.  This set is perfect for clean and simple creations.

Papercraft Challenge // #PC119 ...A theme challenge!!  SUMMER VIBES is the theme for this current challenge!!  Usually we think of beaches scenes, sailboats, and seashells, but today's card looks like my summer garden which is in full blooms right now!!  So my summer vibes currently includes flowers!!

Make My Monday // #MMM254 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is BUTTERFLY...one or more!! I picked one!!  One little golden butterfly enjoying a bed of summer blooms!!

FarmQuest Challenge // #FQCB72 ...A farm & country theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is SEWING!!  I used black thread and hand stitched the criss cross pattern on this die cut background.  It was very time consuming but I love how it turned out!!

Ally's Angles // #AA95 ...An "anything goes" challenge!!  This is a new challenge that I just came across while commenting on cards.  Who doesn't love an "anything goes" challenge!!

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS75 ...Not really a challenge just a great place to show off those items that are getting used for the very first time.  My sentiment is is getting inked up for the very first time today!!  It is from a "with sympathy" set of stamps from My Favorite Things!!

Simply Clean & Simple // JUN2025 ...A monthly CAS challenge!!  For the month of June, we are playing with "pretty pinks"!!  I used some retired designer paper from Stampin Up.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS75 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have never been used...whether they are brand new  or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using. On today's card, I am using the large sailboat die from Stampin Up's Sunrise Sailing bundle for the first time.

Guest Designer @ Double Trouble #194

 

Today I get to be a guest designer at...

Double Trouble // #194 ...A Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 challenge!!  Thing 1 wants us to follow a "Summer Fun Fold" recipe...3 colors (red, white & blue), 2 shapes (stars & circles), and 1 fun fold (a gate way fold & a sentiment flap)...CHECK!!  One of my "fun fold" elements is actually a sentiment flap...with a second sentiment on the inside.  Thing 2 wants us to use the sketch from Try A Sketch On Tuesday #673...CHECK!!  Thing 3 wants us to make a card that has fireworks.  My nephew has a birthday on July 4 and I always like to make him cards with fireworks or at least a red, white, and blue theme...perfect for this challenge...Happy Birthday, Tucker!!  

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT673 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch is perfect for showcasing fireworks...I love the trio of bursting fireworks...or circles.

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M495 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is: die cuts and/or stencils.  I used flower dies and cut off the stems and leaves to create these firework bursts...don't you love it when you can creatively get another use out of your tools?!?

Sunday Stamps // #SSC363 ...A color challenge!!  From the color palette "Summer Romance", choose three of the five colors given and use them on your card.  I picked the peach, the green, and the blues...perfect for playing Stampin Up's Sweet As A Peach stamp set.

Word Art Wednesday // #WAW704-705 ...An "anything goes" challenge that showcases a scripture verse!!  We can use the scripture if we would like but we don't have too.  I decided not to use it on this clean and simple card but I did include the scripture on the inside.

Sketch~N~Scrap // #286 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect to showcase the new color challenge that begins today at Sunday Stamps.

CAS Colours & Sketches // #562 ...A sketch challenge!!  I made this sketch into a square on the front of a rectangle card.  I hope that is okay.  Stampin Up's retired mini postage punch was perfect for creating a tic-tac-toe board.

Inspired By Challenge // #IB341 ...A photo inspired challenge with an optional sketch!!  I chose not to use the optional sketch on today's card.  My inspiration from the photo...the burgundy color and the plaid canister make me with of the tic-tac-toe board sketch above.

TicTacToe Challenge // #tttc273 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row: CAS (a clean and simple design), heart (stamped in the center square), and stripes (striped vellum paper).

                               

Card #2 was inspired by 3 challenges...

Color Hues // #TCH112 ...A color challenge!!  Peach & Cobalt are the colors called for in this current challenge.  I used Stampin Up's Crisp Cantaloupe (card stock) and Brilliant Blue (ink)...both are retired colors.

Cupcake Inspiration // #CI620 ...A cupcake photo inspired challenge!!  My inspiration from the photo of cupcakes...fish and the color combo.

Papercraft Challenges // #PC119 ...A theme challenge!!  SUMMER VIBES is the theme for this current challenge!!  Fishing, Fishing, and more Fishing...that is what my hubby thinks summer is all about!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC634 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the framework for today's card.  I used the given sketch to build today's "Thank You" card.

Make My Monday // #MMM254 ...A theme challenge!!  BUTTERFLIES...with an "s" because they want to see more than one butterfly!!  I have 4 of them on today's card!!

I Spy With My Little Eye // #27 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is VINTAGE VIBES!!  This paper have all the vintage vibes packed into it!!  Embossing over my whole tile work panel added to the vintage feel.

Crazy, but there are 4 challenges out there right now that are asking to see embossing...

Can You Handle The Pressure // 16JUN25 ...An embossing challenge with an optional theme!!  The optional theme for this current challenge is...BUTTERFLIES!!  I used a retired embosslit folder from Stampin Up to cut out these embossed die cut butterflies and I added a gold butterfly charm.
