From this current "welcome baby" challenge photo, my inspiration was the color combo. The mint green & yellow combination is perfect for a baby shower when the gender is unknown.
TGIF Challenges // #tgifc473 ...A technique challenge!! The highlighted techinique for this challenge is "picture perfect backgrounds". I created my background using Stampin Up's stamp set Watercolor Shapes.

Color Throwdown // #ctd793 ...A color challenge!! The color combo for this current challenge is orange, purple, and aqua. I used Stampin Up's Pumpkin Pie, Highland Heather, and Berumda Bay as my colors. Since I used watercolor pencils for coloring my image I had to get a bit creative on the waves, as there was no pencil to match. With just a bit of blending of several colors I was able to get it pretty close...gotta love water color pencils!!
Just Add Ink // #JAI702 ...A sketch challenge!! I traded out the squares for circles since my stamped images was circular. A great sketch for using a trio of colors!!
TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc247 ...A game board challenge!! My winning three in a row on this tic-ta-toe game board: dry embossing (embossed waves for my background), stencling (two different stenciled used on the circles), and embellished envelope (stamped a matching image).
