Card #1 inspired by 2 challenges...
Fusion // 3.17.22 ...A fusion challenge!! Use either the sketch or the photo...or fuse them together to create a fusion!! I used both for this card.
Retro Rubber // #rrcb178 ...An anything goes challenge!! But...your stamp needs to be over a year old. I am using one of Stampin Up sets that came out in 2018 called Hand Delivered.
Card #2 inspired by 2 challenges...
Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd685 ...A color combo challenge!! Orange/green/crumb...oh and that carrot photo inspired me!! Didn't have any carrot stamps or dies so I converted my beet stamp into a carrot by "burrying" it in the dirt!! My husband the gardener was quick to point out the foliage is "not right" but....
Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HS385 ...An inspiration challenge!! The collage of photos are all things spring and new growth...prefect for my garden of carrots!!

Hah, DJ, those carrots are just right for our challenge, what a brilliant design! Love that torn edge for your "rows" - so super clever! Love it! Thanks so much for playing at Hand Stamped Sentiments!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love your other card for us at Retro Rubber, Deb! SO glad I didn't play that set for my own entry at Fusion, now, we need more "books" sets, obviously, lol. Such a great design, love this kraft paper, too - so beefy! Thanks so much for playing at Retro Rubber!
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards. I love how you created your 'carrots' I don't think anyone will notice the foliage. Love Dawn x
ReplyDeleteI love the pop of color and the way that you created interest with the carrots just barely peeking out. Such an adorable card. Thanks so much for joining HSS this week.
ReplyDeleteLove the design of your card and your clever take on my mood board. I have carrots in the ground and I only hope they grow as well as yours on your card. Thanks for sharing with us at Hand Stamped Sentiments
ReplyDeleteSuch great cards! Love the carrots "underground"! Thanks for joining us at the Color Throwdown this week!
ReplyDeleteDelightful cards! Glad you shared one at Fusion!
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are great for the challenges! That stack of books fits the Fusion theme so well and I love the fun "underground" carrots! So glad you played along in both challenges!
ReplyDeleteI love your carrots! So clever to use the beets as carrots and how you used the paper for dirt. Thanks so much for joining us at Hand Stamped Sentiments.
