As You See It Challenges // #AYSI328 ...A "fill in the blank" challenge!!  My favorite beach activity is____!!  Well, my favorite activity at the beach is shelling and doing it with friends make it even better!!

TGIF Challenges // #tgif483 ...A photo/sentiment inspired challenge!!  My inspiration from the photo is the saying..."Every Summer Has A Story"!!  I have collected lots of seashells with friends and have made lots of memories that each have a story!!

Sketch~N~Scrap Challenge // #270 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the perfect starting point for this friends & seashells card.

Card #1 was inspired by 3 challenges...

Festive Friday Challenges // #FF0164 ...An "inspo list" challenge!!  From the "inspo list" honoring the Summer Olympics choose 3 of the 10 elements on the list to include in your card.  My three elements are Gold&Silver, Metallics, and Paris!!

Allsorts Challenges // #791 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is SUMMER!!  This summer and going on right now...the Summer Olympics in Paris!!  This birthday card captures this summers biggest event!!  I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder along with Stampin Up inks and papers.

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M473 ...A theme challenge!!  BIRTHDAY is the theme for this current challenge.  With the Olympics happening in Paris, this card seemed perfect for a summer birthday this year.

Card #2 was inspired by 3 challenges...

Inspired By Challenges // #IB299 ...A photo inspired challenge!!  The photo for this current challenge is of popsicles...pink and green!!  I used the color combo but created an ice cream card.  Popsicles vs. ice cream cone...in the cool treats family...it works, right!?!

Just Us Girls Challenge // #JUG737 ...A stencil challenge!!  I used my new favorite stencil to create a boarder around my birthday chic!

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS64 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  This challenge wants to see those items that we have never used!!  This is a brand new die set from InLoveArts and today I am using it for the first time.

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS527

 Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS527 ...A "shopping your stash" challenge!!  The theme for this new challenge, that begins today, is..."Up, Up, and Away"!!  So that could be anything that is up in the sky and floating away!!  I decided to dig out Stampin Up's hot air balloon die set that has been retired but I have kept in my stash.  It is perfect for our theme!!

Now it is your turn!!  Dig through your stash and find those items that would make a great "Up, Up, and Away" card.  We look forward to seeing what you come up with.  If you need additional information for this challenge head over to our blog and check it out.   You will also find additional inspiration from the rest of the design team.

Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge // #SC1016 ...A weekly sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for building my "Up, Up, and Away" card.  

All Sorts Challenge // #791 ...A theme challenge!!  Summer delights was the them for this challenge.  Memories of our hot air balloon ride with our kids during summer vacation is a true summer delight.  I actually did our ride in the hot air ballon capital...Albuquerque, New Mexico!!  Today's card was made with Stampin Up dies and papers.

CAS on Friday // #288 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme.  The theme for this current challenge is "use circles"!  I right away knew that I wanted to use this row of circles stamp as my background.  I kept it simple and just used a small stamped chic for this clean and simple birthday card.

Cupcake Inspiration Challenge // #CI599 ...A cupcake inspired challenge!! For this current challenge they are looking for the colors purple & pink!!  I used Stampin Up's Pretty in Pink & Highland Heather.

Just Add Ink // #JAI712 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for my rows of circles!!  I love it when challenges work so perfectly together!!

Freshly Made Sketche // #FMS646 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the frame work for today's "get well" card.  I am needing these challenges to get my mojo back.  2 weeks of not creating has made my creativity go dormant!!

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd803 ...A color challenge!!  Pink, yellow, and blue were the colors called for in this current challenge.  I used Stampin Up's Melon Mambo cardstock, Blueberry Bushel card stock & designer papers, and So Saffron card stock & rhinestones.  A cheery color combo for sending get well wishes.

Jet Lag Is Kicking My Mojo!!

 The struggle is real...jet lag is kicking me in the butt!!  My crafting mojo is lost in a cloudy haze, but I am trying!!  So here is my attempt at playing along with several challenges.

Jingle Belles Challenge // #JB2415 ...A year round Christmas  challenge with a theme.  The theme for this current challenge is "Dashing Through the Snow".  

Double Trouble Challenge // #171 ...A Thing 1, Thing 2, and Things 3 challenge!!  Thing 1 wants to see a window, Thing 2 wants you to play along with the Jingle Belles (Dashing Through the Snow), and Thing 3 wants you to follow the Christmas in July theme.  I got all the "Things" covered!!

Papercraft Challenges // #PC107 ...A theme challenge!!  HOLIDAY TIME is the theme for this current challenge!!  Happy Winter to you...well maybe not yet but it helps me with my Christmas stash!!

Home Again, Home Again

 Our 35th Wedding Anniversary trip to Italy was everything we had hoped it would be...so much beauty was seen & enjoyed and so many memories were made!!  As great as our trip was, it is good to be back home and creating again!! Scroll to the end of this post for some pictures.

Butterfly Birthday

Notice:  It's our 35th Anniversary and we are celebrating with a bucket list trip to Italy!!  So this is my last post until our return near the end of the month!!

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS644 ...A sketch challenge!!  This simple sketch was perfect for making and posting my last card before we leave for our trip. Since it was clean and simple, I was able to make one last card amongest the last minute packing that was needed.

Can You Handle the Pressure // 13JULY24 ...An embossing challenge with a theme.  STRIPES!!  I didn't emboss stripes but I did use striped papers.

INKspirational Challenges // #IC320 ...A "designers choice" challenge!!  Marlena's choice for this current challenge is to use products from at least 2 different companies.  I used three on today's card.  The ink is from Color Box...Rose Coral Fluid Chalk, stamps and embossing folder is from Stampin Up, and the designer papers are from Waffle Flower.
