Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS586 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this new challenge is SO VERY THANKFUL!! 

            

I "shopped my stash" for miscellaneous stamps that would work good for creating a collage background.  I used stamps from several retired Stampin Up stamp sets.

Ellibelle's Garden Party // #20 ...An "in or from the garden" challenge!!  Flowers...yes of course!!  But also...butterflies and birds, which you will find hidden in my collage background.  Can you find them??  I tucked several birds and several butterflies into the background of today's card.

Just Us Girls // #JUG847 ...A challenge that wants us to "CASE a designer"!!  I picked Bobby's card to CASE.  Here is my inspiration from her card...I used a peach colored flower and layered it on a collage backgrounds.  Like hers but different!!

Allsorts Challenge // #AC861 ...An "anythings goes" challenge with an optional theme!!  FEMININE is the option theme for this current challenge!!  The ladies love flowers and I feel like I gave this "thank you" card a very feminine vibe!  Wouldn't you agree??  I used all Stampin Up stamps and inks on today's card...crazy but all the stamps that I used today have been retired!!  Oldies up goodies!!

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS585 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this new challenge is IF THE SHOE FITS!!  These polka dotted shoes my my gnome are perfect for "Bringing on the Merry", don't you think?!?

Jingle Belles // #JB2621 ...A "year round" Christmas challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is PINK CHRISTMAS!!  I used Stampin Up's Bubble Bath for my gnomes nose and Melon Mambo card stock and designer papers...two shades of PINK!!

Cut It Up // #367 ...A "die cut" challenge with a theme!!  PRETTY IN PINK is the theme for this current challenge!!  I think my little gnome is sporting pink and looking pretty.  I die cut all the pieces and parts for creating my PRETTY IN PINK gnomes who is ready to "bring on the merry".

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS584

 Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS584 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  BLACK CAT is the theme for this current challenge!!  I shopped my stash for the only cat I have on my shelf...Cutest Crew bundle from Stampin Up.

        

I guessing the idea behind the BLACK CAT theme was intented to have a Halloween intention but since I don't make/send Halloween card I followed the theme a bit loosely and created a birthday card for my grand-daughter who loves cats.  Maybe my twist on our theme will inspire those who aren't really into Halloween cats to still play along but use a BLACK CAT in a little different way.

Sketch~N~Scrap // #SNS302 ...A monthly sketch challenge!!  This challenge offers for card sketches and scrapbook sketches...something for everyone!!  I used October's card sketch as the starting point for today's card.

Alphabet Challenge // 02OCT26 ...An ABC challenge!!  L is for LITTLE PEOPLE!!  For this challenge they want to see kid cards...a card for a little person!!  I made this card for my grand-daughter's birthday.

Cut It Up // #366 ...A die cut challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is USE MORE THAN ONE DIE!!  I used the kitten and butterfly dies from Stampin Up's Cutest Crew bundle.

A Cut Above // OCT2026 ...An "anything goes" challenge using die cuts!!  This challenge just asks that you use a die...on today's card I used multiple dies.

Inspiration Station // #IS90 ...A monthly "visual prompt" challenge!!  My inspiration from this month's photo...the cat and the orange color.

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS582 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is Who's Who!!  We want to see a "person" image on your card.  I used a ME & MY BIG IDEA sticker from my stash for my "person"!  This sticker has been in my stash a long time...it dates back to my scrapbooking day...over 12 years old!!

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc300 ...A "game board" challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this current tic-tac-toe board: letters/numbers (embossing folder from Darice), sentiment (a hashtag sentiment from Stampin Up), and die cut/punch (circle punch from Stampin Up).

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb280 ...A "retro rubber" challenge with a sketch!!  My retro rubber is from Stampin Up...a 2014 stamp out of their #Hello set.  As for the sketch I used all the shapes but moved to circle to the bottom for my sentiment.  I hope that is not to much of a diversion from the sketch.

I pulled a retired Stampin Up bundle off my shelf...Butterfly Basics.  I layered 2 butterfly die cuts and used a Verve stamp as my sentiment...both items have been part of my stash for years. Alphabet Challenge // 21AUG26 ...An ABC challenge!!  I is for INSECT!!  A butterfly and a reference to a caterpillar!!

Little Red Wagon // #LRW872 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is alphabet related...Q is for QUOTE.  I chose a quote from Richard Bach that was part of a Verve stamp set. "What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the Master calls a butterfly."

TicTacToe Challenge // #tttc299 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe game board runs down the center of the board...coordinating envelope (added both designer papers to my envelope), gems (clear rhinestones), and monochromatic (shades of brown).

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS580 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this new challenge is BACK TO SCHOOL!!  Here in our county we go back to school on Thursday...and we will have those little ones "reading more"!

                 
What BACK TO SCHOOL items do you have in your stash??  We look forward to seeing your creations in our gallery.  I actually used "brand new to my stash" items this go round.

Sketch~N~Scrap Challenge // #300...A monthly sketch challenge!!  A challenge that offers both card and scrapbook sketches...I am using their card sketch for the month of August.  This sketch worked perfectly for showcasing my new Pretty Little Studio designer paper.

Never Before Used // #NBUS89 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have "never been used"...whether they are brand new or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using.  Today I am using a prize items that I just won from Pretty Little Studios...Well Read designer papers and matching cut outs.

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS578 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme.  The theme for this current challenge that begins today...WHAT'S A GOOD WORD??  We want you to use a word die, sticker or word stamp on your project.  I picked a neglected word die from my stash...ENJOY!!  I die cut it 3 times in 3 different colors.

Inky Paws Challenge // #254 ...A color challenge using Newton's Nook products!!  They have given us a beachy color combo for the month of July...pool blue, tangerine, and sunny yellow.   I used a Newton's Nook stamp and stencil for today's card. 

Just Add Ink // #JAI790 ...A "just add" challenge!!  For this current challenge we are "just adding" dies and/or stencils.  I just added both to my "enjoy" card.

We Love Stamping // JUL2026 ...A stamping challenge with a theme!!  SUMMERTIME is the theme for this current challenge!!  Seashells (Newton's Nook stamp) always give a summertime vibe!!  I also used bright beachy colors (Stampin Up card stock) to fulfill the summertime theme.

Just Us Girls // #JUG833 ...An "anything goes" stencil challenge!!  I used a Newton's Nook stencil for creating a boarder down the side of my card, blending the three colors called for in the Inky Paws challenge.

When I saw the theme for this challenge I right away thought of Stampin Up's Sweet Strawberry bundle.  Who doesn't love the the sweet yumminess of fresh summer strawberries.
