Inspired By // #IB216 ...A photo challenge!!  My inspiration from this photo...the circles & the color combo.  I know it is a Christmas Tree but I decided (since I am finished with my Christmas cards and Christmas is only 4 days away) to make it a birthday card!!  So...we are gonna Shell-a-brate!!
