Today begins a new challenge at...

Cardz 4 Guyz // #C4G339 ...A masculine challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this challenge is "No Balls Sports".  I picked skiing!!  This little guy is all bundled up and ready for some fun on the slopes!!

#C4G339 // No Balls Sport

Now it is your turn...hop on over to our blog and check out all the detail for this new challenge.  The rest of the design team has some great cards to inspire you.  We can't wait to see which "no balls sport" you will pick to showcase.

Three other challenges inspired today's card...

Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge // #SC992 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for showcasing my little skiier.

Farm Quest Challenges // #FQCB44 ...A country theme challenge!!  The theme for this challenge is "winter sports".  They are also collabortating with the Double Trouble challenge.

Double Trouble Challenges // #DTC157 ...A Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 challenge.  Thing 1 wants us to use embossing folders or stencils.  I used a snowflake embossing folder and added some Night Of Navy ink to it.  Thing 2 wants us to play along with the #FQCB44 challenge and enter our card there as well.  Thing 3 wants us to a winter sport and include a hat.  My little skier is all bundled up...including a hat or should I say helmet!

A Birthday Celebration

4 challenges inspired today's card...

Just Add Ink // #JAI685 ...A "just add" challenge!!  For this current challenge we are to "just add" flowers to our card.  I added some tiny paper flowers that have been in my stash for many years...not because they never get used but because there were some many in this bottle that I don't think they will ever run out.

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc456 ...A theme challenge!!  A "make a wish" image to inspire birthday cards...notice that little white flower in the bottom left hand corner...that so inspired my little  paper flowers!!

Make My Monday // #MMM217 ...A theme challenge!!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!  Lot of birthday celebrating going on!!  I picked some designer papers that screamed out "party time" to showcase my yummy cupcake!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT639 ...A sketch challenge!!  I had so much fun with this sketch yesterday that I just has to use it again today.  I love it when you find a sketch that really inspires!!

Update:  After posting and while linking my card to the challenges that inspired today's creation, I remembered that this was the very first time this new stamp got inked up!!  That means this card qualifies for an entry in the Never Before Used Schtuff challenge!!  (#NBUS58)This cupcake and celebration circle sentiment has never been used before...looking forward to many more creations with this new set from Stampin Up!!

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC327

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC327 ...A color challenge!!  From our "Feeling Earthy" color palette of 5 colors, choose at least 3 to include on your card.  I used the gray, the red, and peach, and the green...and picked the sea portion of the earth!!  I did a little bit of hand stitching to add some dimension to my card...love the stitched corner frame but I'm not too thrilled with how large my french knot eyes turned out.

Now it is your turn to play along!!  Hop on over to our blog for all the details about this challenge and to gather additional inspiration from the other design team members...they have some great cards in this "Feeling Earthy" color palette!!

Two other challenges inspired today's card...

Alphabet Challenge // 12JAN2024 ...An alphabet challenge!!  U is for "under something"!!  For me that is UNDER THE SEA!!  I love the water and I have really missed being at the beach this winter.  Usually here in my part of Florida we can enjoy it at the end of December and first of January but not this year...it has been too windy and/or too cold.

Papercraft Challenges // #PC102 ...An "anything goes" challenge!!  With a wide open theme like this I could add each of my daily cards!!

Card #2 was inspired by 3 challenges...

INKspirational Challenges // #IC307 ...A technique challenge!!  Use stencils...at least two of them!!  A new stencil that give a watery look & a brick stencil are the two stencils that I picked for this card.

Colorful Options // JAN2024 ...A monthly color challenge!!  Blue Lagoon is the theme of this color challenge with a color palette of blues, pinks, purples, and greens.  I love the magical feel these colors created on my card.  I decided not to add a sentiment to the front of the card...left that to be decided when I use it!!

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS58 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  The watery design stencil was inked up for the first time ever on this card.  I love the magical feel this stencil gives to this card...wait is the the colors or the stencils that creates the magical feel??  Or maybe it is just me missing the water so much that this card magically takes me to that place!!??!!

2 Card Saturday

Card #1 inspired by 3 challenges...

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd776 ...A color challenge!!  Blush, dusty blue, and pink are the colors called for in this challenge.

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS619 ...A sketch challenge!!  I switched out the square for a circle because I just had to play with my new set that just arrived in my Stampin Up order.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS58 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  What is new on my card...a new stamp set that has never been inked up, a new punch that has never be punched, and new embellishments that just got pulled out of the package.  I love the arrival of a Sale-A-Bration order from Stampin Up...so many new things!!

Card #2 inspired by 4 challenges...

Just Us Girls // #JUG710 ...A "mood-board" challenge!!  My inspiration from this mood board...the cup of coffee, the grays & whites, and the texture of the sweaters.  A wintery mix of goodness!!

Caffienated Christmas Card Challenge // #CCCC25 ...A year round Christmas challenge with a coffee theme!!  Coffee + Christmas + Snowflakes = A Merry Christmas Latte with snowflake design in the foam!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday Challenge // #TSOT639 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch calls for a sentiment on the front and I decided a gold "Merry Christmas" fit perfectly with this streaming latte!!

Retro Rubber Challenges // #rrcb222 ...A "retro" challenge that called us to use stamps over a year old and gives us a theme for each challenge.  The theme for this current challenge is "winter fun"...my idea of winter fun is staying inside by the fire with a steaming latte in my one hand and a good book in the other!!  LOL!!  I used my Cozy Cup stamp set that came out in 2019.  I also used embossing folders that go way back in time...so my second card is very retro.

UPDATE:  This card got a "special mention" over at the Caffeinated Christmas challenge!!  Thanks to their design team for the shout out on my card!!

3 challenges inspired today's card...

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC560 ...A sketch challenge!!  I used my stitch square dies and flipped them to create the trio of diamonds called for in this sketch.   This sketch was perfect for showcasing my new Jungle Pals bundle from Stampin Up's Sale-A-Bration.

Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC159 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this challenge...Sale-A-Bration!!  Use something from the new Sale-A-Bration catalog.  I picked the Jungle Pals bundle that I got free.

Chinese New Year

4 challenges inspired today's card...

Festive Friday Challenges // #FF0150 ...An inspo list challenge!!  From the inspo list celebrating Chinese New Year, pick 3 of the elements to be included in your card.  My three from the 10 elements given: red, gold, lanterns.

Global Design Project // #GDP428 ...A CASE challenge!!  For this current challenge we are CASEing Cindy Timmers.  She is a very talented member of their design team and she is from Belguim.  My inspiration from her card...the trio of circles, the enamel embellishments, and the sentiment layered over the circles.

The Paper Players // #PP672 ...A color challenge!!  White, Black, and a splash of color.  I picked red as my "splash of color".   I also included gold...I hope that is okay!!

INKspirational Challenge // #IC307 ...A technique challenge!!  Use stencils...more than one!!  I used one for my background (which I embossed with gold embossing powder) and a second one for my circles (stenciled with red ink only)...two very different stencils that work together perfectly.
