Here is my card for today's inspiration challenge over at
SCS.
This is the piece of jewelry from
Spirit Lala that I chose to use as my inspiration. I needed a sympathy card today for a friend who just lost his father. I thought the colors of this piece worked perfect for a masculine sympathy card, and I thought about this stamp set from VERVE as soon as I saw the bird. My color combo is Really Rust, Basic Black and Very Vanilla. I wanted to add some silver in there too but I just couldn't make it work on this card.
