New Challenge @ CAS on Friday #322

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #322 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is RAINBOW!!                  
I used Stampin Up's Rainbow of Happiness die set for today's rainbow card.  The sentiment that I used is from one of their retired stamp sets, Over the Rainbow.  There are so many options that could be used for this challenge...dies, stamps, inks...you name it!!  How will you showcase our clean and simple rainbow challenge??  We can't wait to see your creations.  Hop over to our blog and check out all the detail for our #322 challenge and check out all the great inspiration from the rest of the design team.

Colorful Options // NOV2025 ...A monthly color challenge!!  The color for the month of Novermber is RED!!  Hearts and a swiggly arch in my rainbow...here's to a bit of red in my clean and simple rainbow card.

Alphabet Challenge // 31OCT25 ...An ABC Challenge!!  O is for Oval with a One word sentiment!!  Card #1 and card #2 are entered into this challenge.

Cupcake Inspirations // #CI630 ...A "cupcake photo" challenge!!  This cupcake photo challenge calls for "get well wishes".  The color combo in this cupcake photo inspired card #1 and card #3.  I also used the "get well wishes" theme on card #3.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS80 ...A blog for showcasing "never been used" stuff.  I am using the designer paper on card #2 for the very first time.  This paper was gifted to me from a Stampin Up demonstrator for an order that I placed with her.

Make My Monday // #MMM264 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is "birthday with at least one flower"!!  Card #2 fits this challenge theme!!

FarmQuest Challenges // #FQCB77 ...A "farm & country" challenge with a theme!!  PUMPKIN is the theme for this current challenge!!

As You See It Challenge // #AYSI360 ...A theme challenge!!  HARVEST is the theme for this current challenge!!  Right about now all the pumpkins have been harvested!!

The Paper Players // #PP763 ...A color challenge!!  Early Espresso (ink & card stock), Mossy Meadow (designer paper), Cajun Craze (card stock), and Old Olive (card stock) are the colors called for in challenge #763.  A perfect color combination for my GRATEFUL card.

FarmQuest Challenge // #FQCB77 ...A "farm & country" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge...PUMPKINS!!  I made an embossed pumpkin using an embossing folder from Gina K Designs and my oval punches from Stampin Up.

Just Add Ink // #JAI773 ...A "just add" challenge!!  For this current challenge we are "just adding" a sketch.  This was a fun sketch for showcasing my punch art pumpkin.

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc550 ...A color challenge!!  The colors called for in this current challenge are: Crumb Cake (designer paper, Calypso Coral (cardstock), and Old Olive (cardstock & ribbon).

Alphabet Challenge // 31OCT25 ...An ABC challenge!!  O is for Oval with a One word sentiment.  Both of today's card are using ovals with one word sentiments but I listed it under my first card because I also used oval punched for making my punch art pumpkin.

Inspired By Challenge // #IB361 ...An inspiration challenge with an optional sketch.  I used the sketch as well as the inspiration photo.  Inspired by...SWEATERS!!

As You See It Challenge // #AYSI360 ...A theme challenge!!  HARVEST is the theme for this current challenge.  Both cards fit this challenge...or at least I thought they did.  My hubby informed me this embossing folder is not wheat like I was thinking but cattails...oh well!!

Can You Handle The Pressure // 08NOV25 ...An embossing challenge with an optional theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is food or drink.  Both of my cards use embossing and I listed it under card number two becuse I used three different embossing folders but maybe I should have listed it under the first card...this time of year we at eating and drinking pumpkin everything...right?!?

Little Red Wagon // #LRW832 ...An ABC challenge!!  The letter for this current challenge...I is for Ice Cream!!  Who doesn't love a loaded up cone!?!

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS711 ...A sketch challenge!!  While working on Friday's card using this sketch, I thought about this embossing folder and had to make another card using it.  This folder with its layered circles seemed perfect for this sketch.

Just Us Girl // #JUG800 ...An "anything goes" challenge to celebrate their 800th challenge!!  Wahoo...this deserves a CELEBRATE card, don't you think?!?

Alphabet Challenge // 31OCT25 ...An ABC challenge!!  O is for OVAL with a ONE word sentiment.  A stitched oval die and a stamped "you" finished off this card perfectly!!

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC373

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC373 ...A sketch challenge!!  This new sketch challenge opens today and offers great inspiration from the rest of the design team.  Hop on over to our blog and check out all the details for this new challenge and gather up some inspiration.

                       

My take on this sketch ended up being clean and simple...just a bit of stamping, blending, stenciling and layering.  I can't wait to see how this "To The Side" sketch inspires you.

The Color Hues Challenge // #TCH121 ...A color challenge with a duo of colors!!  For this current challenge they are using orange and brown as their color duo.  Two colors that go together perfectly!!

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M505 ...A technique challenge!!   For this current challenge, they are looking for stencils and diecuts.  On today's card I used both...a stenciled background and a diecut sentiment!!

Double Trouble Challenge // #203 ...A Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 challenge!!  Thing 1 wants us to follow a "Round & Round" recipe...3 circles (I used 4 circles actually...birdies are made out of 2 folded circle each), 2 images (paper pieced birdies), and 1 ribbon or twin (green/brown ribbon)...CHECK!!  Thing 2 wants us to use the sketch from Try A Sketch On Tuesday #682...CHECK!!  Thing 3 wants us to include a bird on our card...I made 2 little chickies...CHECK!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT682 ...A sketch challenge!!  The TSOT team is teaming up with the Double Trouble challenge.  These two pair up perfectly!!  The combining of these two challenges makes a fun quirky birdie card.

Just Us Girls // #JUG800 ...An "anything goes" challenge to celebrate their 800th challenge!!  Wahoo...what a milestone!!  I have been playing along with most of these and look forward to 800 more!!

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS80 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have never been used...whether they are brand new or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using.  Today I am using a vertical sentiment stamp from Gina K Design...inking it up for the very 1st time.  Also this it my first try at these folded circle birdies...a super fun technique for some quirky little birdies!!

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS711 ...A sketch challenge!!  I used this sketch as the starting point for today's card.  It worked perfectly for combining these 4 challenges.

The Paper Players // #PP762 ...A theme challenge!!  "I'm Thankful For You" is the theme for this current challenge!!  When you move from VA to FL after 25 years you leave behind a village of friends...so cards like this one are often getting made to send to them letting them know how thankful I am for them and how much I miss them.

Just Us Girls // #JUG800 ...An "anything goes" challenge!!  Celebrating 800 challenges...Wahoo!!  Now that is something to celebrate!!

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS475 ...A color challenge!!  The colors called for in this current challenge...Cherry Cobbler, Pool Party, and Secret Sea.  A fun color combo that worked perfectly for paper pieces this chic's jeans and shirt.
