Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC200 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge: Never to early for Christmas!!  Thanks for the inspiration to add another card to my Christmas stash.  When December gets here, I will not be so overwhelmed with making Christmas cards...now all I will need to do is address them.

Festive Friday Challenge // #FF0193 ...An "inspo list" challenge!!  From the inspo list honoring World Card Making Day, pick 3 out of the 10 elements to use on your card.  I picked: pink, blue, and patterned paper.

Stick It Down Challenge // SEPT2025 ...A sketch challenge found on FaceBook!!  They offer sketches each month for both cards and scrapbook pages.  I had so much fun using their card sketch yesterday that I just had to use it again today as the starting point for my card.

The Paper Player // #PP754 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge: Food Glorious Food!!  How about a healthy version??  They say "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"!!

Alphabet Challenge // 05SEPT25 ...An ABC challenge!!  K is for Keep It Simple!!  Here is a clean and simple "teacher" card.

Stick It Down Challenges // SEPT2025 ...A sketch challenge found on FaceBook!!  They offer sketches each month for both cards and scrapbook pages.  I used their card sketch as the starting point for today's card.

Guest Designer @ Just Add Ink #JAI768

Just Add Ink // #JAI768 ...A "just add" challenge!!  Today we are "just adding" a sketch!!  This sketch was perfect for playing with some fun designer paper I found from back in my scrapbooking days and my new rainbow die from Stampin Up.

Colorful Options // SEPT2025 ...A monthly color challenge!!  For the month of September they are calling it an "anything goes" color combo but the graphic for this month has yellows, blues, and reds...just like this DSP!!   They always have an underlying rainbow theme so my new dies also fit perfectly.

Alphabet Challenge // 05SEPT25 ...An ABC challenge!!  K is for KEEPING IT SIMPLE!!  A stamped sentiment, a bit of designer paper, and some cute dies...keeping it simple for sure!!

Jingle Belles // #JB2518 ...A year round Christmas challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge: No designer paper, just card stock.  I used Kraft and Very Vanilla card stock for today's card...no designer papers found here.

Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC200 ...A theme challenge!!  NEVER TOO EARLY FOR CHRISTMAS is the theme for this current challenge.

As You See It Challenge // #AYSI336 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for showcasing my paper poinsettias!

Just Us Girls // #JUG791 ...A technique challenge!!  The technique that they want to see...use a die!!  I used a stitched rectangle die three times.

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS556

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS556 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this new challenge that begins today: The Cat's In The Bag!!  We want to see what you have in your stash that is a purse, beach bag, and/or cat.  I have not purse/bag type stamps or dies but I do have this gift BAG from Gina K Designs.  I don't have any cat items either...so I did a deep dive on the web to see what I could use for creating a cat.  Lucky for me I do have an owl builder punch in my stash and apparently it can also be a cat...who knew?!!?

INKspirational Challenges // #IC349 ...A "designer's choice" challenge!!  Carol's designer's choice is to ADD A TAG!!  I used a tiny sentiment and a small tag punch from Stampin Up for the gift tag on this bag.

Color Hues Challenge // #TCH117 ...A color challenge!!  Green and orange are the colors called for in this current challenge!!  I picked Granny Apple Green and Mango Melody from Stampin Up for my color duo.  While this color combo had Karen from TCH thinking of the changing of seasons it had me thinking of a brightly colored gift bag!!

Card #1 was inspired by 3 challenges...

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc541 ...A color challenge!! The trio of colors called for in this current color challenge...Strawberry Slush, Timid Tiger, and Secret Sea.  I officially only had Strawberry Slush but I matched up the other two colors as close as possible.

Sketch~N~Scrap // #SNS289 ...A sketch challenge!!  This challenge offers both scrapbook sketches and card sketches.  Today I am playing along with their card challenge...it was perfect for combining these three challenges.

Festive Friday // #FF0192 ...An "inspo list" challenge!!  From the inspo list celebrating "Talk Like A Pirate" day, chose 3 of the 10 elements to use on your card.  I used black, ship, and twine.

Card #2 was inspired by 3 challenges...

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc278 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe game board: Birthday, Nautical theme, and Embellishments.

INKspirational Challenges // IC349 ...A "designer's choice" challenge!!  Carol's designer's choice is to ADD A TAG!!  Actually both of these cards have tags...two different tag punches.

Allsorts Challenge // #AC831 ...An "anything goes" challenge with an optional twist!!  BIRTHDAY is the optional twist for this current challenge.  Again both cards fit this challenge!!  On each card, I decided to use the birthday option with my birthday sentiments!!  All other products are from Stampin Up except for the ribbon which was from Hobby Lobby.

Double Trouble // #199 ..A Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 challenge!!  Thing 1 wants us to follow a "Sweet Suprise" recipe...3 layers, 2 images, and 1 aperture (I made mine into a shaker card)...CHECK!!  Thing 2 wants us to use the sketch from Try A Sketch On Tuesday #678...CHECK!!  Thing 3 wants us to add "bits" to our aperture and made it a shaker card...CHECK!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT678 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for adding in aperture/shaker and pulling these four challenges together.

Allsorts Challenge // #AC831 ...An "anything goes" challenge with an optional twist!!  The optional twist for this current challenge is BIRTHDAY!!  I made this fun pirate card for my great-nephews birthday!  I think he will especially love the shaker element...he is 4 years old.  I used stickers from Michaels, stamped a sentiment using a retired stamp from Stampin Up, and the beads in my shaker are also from them.

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS702 ...A sketch challenge!!  I had so much fun with this sketch yesterday that I just had to use it again today.  Thanks to the FMS team for this fun sketch.

Make My Monday // #MMM259 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is...HOT AIR BALLOON!!  I got to ride in an untethered hot air balloon in New Mexico and it was an amazing experience!!
