2 challenges inspired today's card...

Festive Friday Challenge // #FF0197 ...A "inspo list" challenge!!  From the inspo list honoring "National Family Day", choose three items to include on your card.  My pick of three: patterned paper, parent & child, and masking technique (used on both the card and the matching envelope).

Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC205 ...A sketch challenge!!  The current ICC challenge is a sketch challenge and it was perfect for combining these two challenges into a mother's day card.

Card #1 was inspired by 4 challenges...

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M505 ...A technique challenge!!  Stencils are called for in this current challenge.  This challenge was perfect for playing with my brand new Sweet Poppy stencil that came in the mail yesterday.

CAS Colours & Sketches // #573 ...A color challenge!!  The colors...Stampin Up's Real Red, Shaded Spruce, and Gold.  I used Shaded Spruce card stock to mat my card, Real Red ink for stenciling and Gold card stock to cut out my teeny tiny stars.

Allsorts Challenge // #AC836 ...An "anything goes" challenge with an optional theme!!  CHRISTMAS is the optional theme for this current challenge...let the Christmas bells ring!!

Jingle Belles // #JB2523 ...A "year round" Christmas themed challenge!!  LEFTOVERS...the theme for this current challenge.  I used a small piece of left over card stock from Friday's card.  It was a small piece and I almost threw it away but it was perfect for these teeny tiny stars on my Christmas bell.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS80 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have never been used...whether they are brand new or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using. Today I am using a brand new Sweet Poppy stencil that arrived in the mail yesterday!!
