We Love Stamping // JULY2025 ...A stamping challenge with a theme!!  Sun, Sea & Sand!!  A perfect theme for the month of July!!  I used a stencil that I won as a prize for one of my card and Stampin Up's Timeless Tropical stamp set & punches for creating today's card.

Addicted to CAS // #288 ...A clean & simple "code word" challenge!!  SUNSHINE is the code word for this current challenge!!

Inspiration Station // #IS75 ...A monthly photo challenge!!  My inspiration from July's photo...the sea, the palm trees, and the tropical feel.

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc275 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on the tic-tac-toe board: nature, beach, stencil!

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS553

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping our Stash // #SOS553 ...A "shop your stash" challenge with a theme!!  "Eat Five A Day" is the theme for this current challenge!!  No...not cupcakes!!  Fruits and/or Veggies is what we are looking for!!  I picked veggies!!  Why...because I had this fun punny set from Unity Stamps in my stash and I love beets...especially pickled beets!!

Double Trouble // #192 ...A Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 challenge!!  Thing 1 wants us to follow a "Keeping Us In Stitches" recipe...3 layers (a base, some designer papers, and my beets), 2 stamped images (Unity stamps beets & setniment), and 1 stitched element (faux stitching on my designer paper)...CHECK!!  Thing 2 wants us to use the sketch from Try A Sketch On Tuesday #675...CHECK!!  Thing 3 wants us to add a "fun pun" to our card (Don't beet yourself up!!)...CHECK!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT675 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch worked perfectly for pulling these three challenges together.

Two Watermelon Thank You Cards

 4 challenges inspired today's card...

CAS Colours & Sketches // #565 ...A clean and simple color challenge!!  The colors for this challenge are Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, and Strawberry Slush.  A perfect trio of colors for a slice of watermelon.  The first card was made first but I realized I had completely missed the clean and simple portion of this challenge.  So....while my supplies were out I did a second card and included the clean and simple portion!!

Inspired By Challenges // #IB346 ...An photo inspired challenge with an optional sketch.  I did use the optional sketch on card #1.  My inspiration from the photo...the colors, in watermelon image, and the circles!!

Little Red Wagon // #LRW817 ...A theme challenge!!  "F is for Food" is the theme for this current challenge!!  Watermelon is a favorite summer time food.  We have one cut up in our fridge right now!!

Just Us Girls // #JUG785 ...A theme challenge!!  STENCIL is the theme for this current challenge.  I used the same background stencil on both of today's cards.

Jingle Belles // #JB2515 ...A year-round Christmas challenge!!  For this current challenge we are given a tic-tac-toe board to play with.  My winning three in a row on this game board: red (ink), Santa (stamp from Newton's Nook), and one layer (single layer card).

Addicted to Stamps & More // #ATS&M497 ...A theme challenge!!  CHRISTMAS is the theme for this current challenge!!  

ABC Christmas // 09JULY25 ...A monthly alphabet Christmas challenge!!  N is for Non-Christmas (how about an inner tube) & O is for One layer card.  Included them both on today's card.

Freshly Made Sketches // FMS696 ...A sketch challenge!!  The starting point for today's card and perfect for pulling these other challenges together!!

Retro Rubber Challenges // #rrcb259 ...A color challenge!!  Use three of the five colors given...check!!  And I made it a fashion piece to match the photo using a Unity Stamp that I ordered over a year ago!!

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc275 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe board: stencil (stenciled each of the corners), blue (Night of Navy card stock and ink), and foliage (designer paper from Stampin Up).

Just Us Girls // #JUG785 ...A "anything goes" stencil challenge!!  I stenciled each of the corners of my focal point.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS76 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have never been used...whether they are brand new or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using.  Today I am inking up for the very first time a sentiment from Gina K. Designs...I love the vertical sentiments in this set.

New Challenge @ CAS on Friday #314

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #314 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme!!  ANIMAL is the theme for this current challenge.  I had never inked up this little lemur so this challenge seemed like the perfect opportunity to ink it up.  He is from Stampin Up's Jungle Pal stamp set.  I also used the matching dies to cut him out.

Color Hues // #TCH114 ...A color challene!!  Yellow & Green are the colors called for in this current challenge.  Perfect combination for creating my jungle scene.

Papercraft Challenges // #PC120 ...A theme challenge!!  Tropical Paradise is the theme for this current challenge.  I created a tropical jungle paradise for my little lemur!!

Simply Clean & Simple // JULY2025 ...A monthly CAS challenge with a theme!!  BEACHY is the theme for the month of July.  These friends "shelling" made for a truely clean and simple beachy scene!!

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd837 ...A color challenge!!  Pink, yellow, and gray were the colors called for in this current color challenge.  I used Stampin Up's Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, and Smokey Slate for my trio of colors.

Festive Friday Challenge // #FF0189 ...An "inspo list" challenge!!  From the inspo list of 10 elements honoring National Friendship day, pick 3 to use on your card.  I picked: stencil, heat emboss, and friendship sentiment.  Happy Friendship Day!!

Hand Stamped Sentiment // #HSS468 ...A "photo board inspiration" challenge!!  Summer Vibes are strong on this board and I think this image fits perfectly...and the yellow and pink colors...YES!!
