CASology Challenge #359 & INKspirational Challenge #204

REPEAT....the cue card from the CASology challenge.  I used this word a little bit differently...I cut out my little frog 6 times and my patch of grass 3 times!!  That is repeating wouldn't you say?!?  I then glued them together.  I'm including a side view so you can see the dimension.  This adorable frog and patch of grass are from the new set (By the Dock) that just arrived from Stampin Up.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is from a retired Hostess set.  This card also fits the word prompt challenge from Inspirational Challenges...FAUNA.

#bethegift challenge: Call, visit, text or write someone who will be surprised to hear from you.

Sailing Home is now available....

This awesome stamp set and matching dies....Sailing Home....is now available from Stampin Up's new catalog!!  Living in Florida made this new set a must have for me!  Today's card was inspired by the sketch challenge from CAS(E) this Sketch. It may not look like the sketch at first glance, but if you study the card you will see where each element is.

3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts)3 gifts orange...a sunrise...the beginning of a new day!!  // a sunset...the close of another day!!  // the fruit...refreshing on a hot summer day!!

Let's give a round of applause to the CTS Honorable Mentions!

Waterfront Birthday

Here is my take on the sketch challenge from CAS(E) this Sketch.  I used the Waterfront stamp set from Stampin Up along with the Stitched Shapes die.  It is a clean and simple card that was created very quickly....now on to another day of play with my mom and sister!!  Yesterday was so much fun being together...Laughter is the best medicine!!  So thankful for this rare weekend together!!

3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts)  3 gifts from childhood...I got to grow up in Jamaica//my parents taught me the importance of living for Christ//never went hungry...may not have had very thing I wanted but I more than had what I needed!!

Hoppy Birthday

Here is my take on the sketch challenge from Paper Craft Crew.  I got a bit creative and I am not sure if it is a good representation of the sketch but it was truly my inspiration.  I used Stamping Up's So Hoppy Together stamp set with matching dies.  My sentiment is one of their retired sets...an oldie but goodie!!

3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts)  a gift picked up, put away, put back...my little ones--while they are grown now I sure loved picking them up and hugging them!!  Laundry...nothing like a job complete and put away!!  Wedding dresses put back in their wedding boxes...it sure was fun seeing my daughter try them on mine and my sister's.

Lily Pad Lake

My card today was inspired by two challenges.  The color challenge from the Color Throwdown challenge and the sketch challenge from Sunday Stamps.  The color combo this week was...kraft, blue, green, and coral pink.  I used Stampin Up's Marina Mist, Wild Wasabi, Calypso Coral, and Crumb Cake.  The Lily Pad Lake stamp set with matching dies from Stampin Up fit perfect for this color combo.

3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts) 3 gifts found in your mother...devoted Christ follower//hardworker//prayer warrior

So Hoppy...

Today I am using two challenges...the color challenge (Mint, Aqua, Dark Pink and Green) from The Color Throwdown blog and the sketch challenge from Freshly Made Sketches.

Stampin Up's Sale-A-Bration stamp set So Hoppy Together is just adorable!!  I kept my card very simple...just basic stamping, cutting, and layering.

3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts) 3 gifts worn...my favorite tee shirt "My Husband Rocks"//sunscreen for my morning of kayaking with my mom for her birthday//Sunflower perfume
