3 challenges inspired today's card...

Just Us Girls //#JUG695 ...A color challenge!!  The colors for this challenge are apricot and aqua.  I used Stampin Up's Apricot Appeal & Tempting Turquoise for my color combo.  Both of these colors have been retired but they work perfectly for the current challenge at Just Us Girls.

Sketch Saturday // #SS733 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch has so many possibilities.  I kept it clean and simple...just some basic stamping and layering in that rounded corner.

Less is More // #LIM491 ...An "anything goes" challenge!!  As long as it is a clean and simple card.  You decide, just make sure there is lots of white space with not too many embellishments.  No embellishments here...just simple stamping and layering.

 Card #1 inspired by 3 challenges...

Paper Craft Crew Challenges // #PCC533 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch is very similar to card #2 that called for Washi tape so I used it for this card as well...washi tape worked great for the diagonal lines.

The Paper Players // #PP656 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this challenge is "Four Legged Friends".  Can you find my four legged friend??  Do you see that cute little chipmunk hiding in my leaf?? 

{PIN}spirational Challenges // #305 ...A Pinterest inspired birthday challenge!!  For this current challenge they are looking for a birthday & leaves card inspired by this Pinterest photo.  

Card #2 inspired by 3 challenges...

Make My Monday // #MMM208 ...A theme challenge!!  HOBBIES!!  One of my hobbies is making cupcakes...not just any cupcake but filled cupcakes!!  They are always a hit!  Friends and family love finding the surprise filling in the middle!!

Alphabet Challenges // 26AUG23 ...An alphabet challenge!!  K is for Kitchen.  Kitchen is where I make my cupcakes.  Oh and boy do I make a mess!!   They may turn out yummy but the process is quite messy.

Try Stampin On Tuesday // TSOT622 ...A sketch challenge with a twist.  The optional twist for this current sketch is to use washi tape. Washi tape always works great to creating diagonal lines across a card...so of course I included the optional twist.

Update:  This cupcake//hobby card was a winner over at Make My Monday!!!  Thanks to the design team members for the shout out on this fun birthday card.

New Challenge @ Cardz 4 Guyz #C4G330

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Cardz 4 Guyz // #C4G330 ...A masculine challenge with a "Poppies/Rememberance" theme.  This one is a real challenge...making a masculine card out of Poppies!!  You can do it!!  The rest of the girls on the design time really rocked this challenge.  So hop on over to our blog for some fantastic inspiration from them and then join the fun and play along with us.

Just Add Ink // #JAI668 ...A just choose two challenge!!  Twine, tearing, timber are the three elements we have to choose from...then we just pick two. I picked the twine and tearing for today's card.

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc224 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe game board is letters, numbers, red.  The perfect combination for this remembrance card.

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb214 ...A sketch challenge using some rubber that is over a year old.  This background stamp from Stampin Up is over 10 years old!  One of those great stamps that I just can't part with.

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd758 ...A color challenge!!  Pink, Magenta & Green are the colors called for in this challenge. I used Stampin Up's Blushing Bride, Melon Mambo, and Pear Pizzazz for my color combo.

New Challenge at Sunday Stamps #SSC317

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC317 ...A color challenge!!  We have a new color palette for you called "Solitude In Nature".  From the five color in this photo & palette pick at least three to use on your project.  For my card, I used Stampin Up's Marina Mist, Crushed Curry, Tip Top Taupe, and Mossy Meadow.  I also drew inspiration from the photo as well and created a scene of solitude in nature.  How do these color speak to you??  I can't wait for you to join the fun and play along with us.  Hop on over to our blog and check out how the other design team members have used this color challenge.

As You See It Challenges // #AYSI306 ...A theme challenge!!  At the Beach is the theme for their current challenge.  I love the beach...heading there today!!  So this theme is right up my ally and I love making beachy cards.

Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC150 ...A CASE challenge!!  For this challenge we are CASEing a card created by Hannah McCurley.   (CASEing...Copy And Selectively Edit)  My inspiration from her card was the sketch...the stamped background and the circle with a sentiment in the corner.  Thanks, Hannah for the inspiration.
