Shopping Our Stash // #SOS581 ...A "shop YOUR stash" challenge!!  We have a sketch challenge for you...now shop your stash for items that bring this sketch to life!!  

                   

I pulled a retired Stampin Up bundle off my shelf...Butterfly Basics.  I layered 2 butterfly die cuts and used a Verve stamp as my sentiment...both items have been part of my stash for years. Alphabet Challenge // 21AUG26 ...An ABC challenge!!  I is for INSECT!!  A butterfly and a reference to a caterpillar!!

Little Red Wagon // #LRW872 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is alphabet related...Q is for QUOTE.  I chose a quote from Richard Bach that was part of a Verve stamp set. "What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the Master calls a butterfly."

TicTacToe Challenge // #tttc299 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe game board runs down the center of the board...coordinating envelope (added both designer papers to my envelope), gems (clear rhinestones), and monochromatic (shades of brown).

Inspiration Station // #88 ...A monthly photo inspired challenge!!  The photo for the month of August focuses on SUNFLOWERS!!  So I pulled out my Tracey Evans sunflower stamp and got to work.  I also used my next to last sunflower embellishment from Hobby Lobby.

Just Us Girls // #JUG837 ...A "mood board" challenge!!  My inspiration from the mood board...the dark rich colors and the sunflower.

I Spy With My Little Eye // #40 ...An "I spy" challenge!!  For this current challenge we are "spying" a sunflower or something yellow!!

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS495 ...An "inspiration" challenge!!  My inspiration from the collage of photos...the sunflowers!!

INKspirational Challenge // #IC374 ...A "word prompt" challenge!!  The word prompt for this current challenge is GARDEN!!  Every year we add a sunflower or two to our garden.

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC393 ...A color challenge!!  From the five colors in this JUST BEACHY color palette, pick at least 3 to use on your card.  I used Stampin Up's Soft Sky, Pumpkin Pie, and Tangerine Tango card stock & Crumb Cake, Soft Sky, and Island Indigo inks.

{PIN}spirational Challenges // #340 ...A monthly Pinterest challenge!!  August's photo from Pinterest gives us a glittery color combo of peach and jade.  I used those colors on today's card and I also added 4 glittery embellishments.

Jingle Belles // JB2617 ...A year round Christmas challenge with a theme!!  MASCULINE MERRIMENT is the theme for this current challenge.  Stampin Up's Lost Lagoon & a little bit of gold makes for a great masculine Christmas card.

ABC Christmas // 12AUG26 ...An "alphabet" Christmas challenge!!  P is for PENGUINS and Q is for QUARTET (four of something)...how about 4 penquins?!!?

Double Trouble // #223 ...A "Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3" challenge!!  Thing 1 wants us to follow a "Somthing, Anything, & Everything" recipe...3 of Something (three gold star embellishments), 2 of Anything (two stamped large pine trees), and 1 of Everything (1 ink color // Lost Lagoon & 1 sentiment sticker) ...CHECK!!  Thing 2 wants us to use the sketch from Try A Sketch On Tuesday #702...CHECK!!  Thing 3 wants us to use some foam tape to add a bit of dimension (little stamped pin layered with foam tape)...CHECK!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT702 ...These two challenges (Double Trouble & TSOT) always partner up.  Since this is a planned partnership on their part (not me picking and combining challenges) you always know they work perfectly together!!

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #341 ...A "clean and simple" challenge with a theme!! The theme for this current challenge is MAKE A ROUND CARD!!  I used Spellbinders dies (circle and scallop) to make my circle card.  I stamped my tropical get away using Stampin Up's Waterfront stamp set.

Color Hues // #TCH139 ...A color challenge!!  The duo of colors called for in this current challenge...yellow & orange!!  I used Stampin Up's Calypso Coral & Daffodil Delight for my orange and yellow.

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS750 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was pefect for showcasing this card's challenges.

A Cut Above // AUG2026 ...A "die cut" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for the month of August is FALL FLOWERS.  I think colored leaves are the true flowers of fall but I had a felling the design team really wants to see flowers so I added in to rows of stamped flowers even those my die cut is a leaf.

The Paper Players // #PP799 ...A "clean & simple" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is LOOKING FORWARD TO FALL!!  Hello, Fall!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC695 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the starting point for today's card and it works perfectly for combining these challenges.

Just Add Ink // #JAI792 ...A "just add" challenge!!  For this current challenge we are "just adding" two elements out of the four listed.  My two...circles (circle punch) & flowers (flowers cut out and layered from designer paper).

As You See It // #AYSI379 ...A "speed" challenge with a theme!!  What does that mean??  Create a card in under 10 mins (6:46...designer paper helps you make a speedy card) that follows the CRAFTING theme!!  My sister-in-law's craft is sewing and this sewing pattern paper is perfect for her birthday card.

Festive Friday // #FF0216 ...An "inspo list" challenge!!  From the inspo list honoring National Zoo Awarness Day, pick 3 of the 10 elements to use on your card.  My pick from the inspo list: animal foot print (stamped birdie print), wooden embellishment (bird house from Hobby Lobby), and texture (embossed layer added to my stitched square dies).

Can You Handle The Pressure // 08AUG26 ...An embossing challenge with a twist!!  TIE IT UP is the twist for this current challenge.  I tied up my embossed squares with some baker's twine from Stampin Up.

Inspired By Challenges // #IB402 ...An inspiration challenge with an optional sketch.  My inspiration from the photo...the color combo, and the outdoor vibe.  I used both the photo and the sketch on today's card.
