New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC332

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC332 ...A sketch challenge!!  Our new challenge, "Reflections" that begins today is a sketch challenge.  The triangles called for in this sketch reminded me of a waterfront reflection that I had stamped in the past.  So...I pulled out Stampin Up's Waterfront stamp set and used the pine trees as my triangles.  Creating a "reflection" in the water!!

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd786 ...A color challenge!!  The trio of colors called for in this challenge...cream, pink, and brown!!  I used Very Vanilla, Melon Mambo, and Early Espresso for my trio of colors.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC570 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was fun for creating another sympathy card for a friend who asked for a stack of them.  I love masking off a section and creating a boarder of greenery...creates such a cool look!

Paper Craft Crew // #PCC563 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this game board: spring, birds, and ribbon.  A perfect trio of elements for creating this sympathy card.

Global Design Project // #GDP438 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the starting point for today's challenge.  It allowed me to use some "fence" die cut pieces that I found during my craft clean out.  I created the fence row by wrapping twine around each die cut piece...linking them together!!

Retro Rubber // #rrcb227 ...A retro challenge with a nature theme using white, blue, brown, and black.  Nature, Naturally.  In this challenge retro means using a stamp set that is over a year old...my lighthouse house is from Stampin Up's Sailing Home stamp set that came out in 2019.  The birds are from a Verve set that is even older.

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc244 ...A game board challenge!! My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe game board: twine, free,and birds.  A great combination of elements for the lighthouse sympathy card.

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS518 ...A "shopping your stash" challenge with a theme.  The theme for this new challenge is "SPRING HAS SPRUNG"!!  I just did a craft cabinet clean out and found a ton of stuff in my stash that I didn't remember having.  This pack of felt coasters was among them...I had cut one apart and used it years ago.  I decided to do that again for today's card.  The jumbo rhinestones were also hidden in this cabinet also with this polk-a-dotted paper.  So...my entire card was created some items I discovered during my craft cabinet clean out.

Another challenge inspired today's card...

CAS Colours & Sketches // #588 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for using this felt coaster...I cut the set of six flowers out of the center of the coaster, added in a stamped sentiment, and finished it off with some jumbo rhinestones.

Cupcake Inspirations // #CI590 ...A cupcake inspired challenge!!  The tropical theme along with the color combination was my inspiration for this cottage by the sea card.

FarmQuest Challenges // #FQCB48 ...A rural country challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is log cabin or cottage...when you live in Florida a seaside cottage is what you get.  That counts doesn't it?!?  It might be ship-lap instead of logs but it is a wooden cottage just the same...rural country meets seaside!!

A TWO CARD MONDAY

INKspirational Challenges // #IC312 ...A "designer's choice" challenge!!  Julia has chosen "white on white" as the challenge for the next two weeks.  I love the look of white on white when I see others do it but I struggle making it look right.  Although, today I was pretty pleased with how this one turned out.

Inspired By Challenges // #IB281 ...An inspirational challenge with an optional sketch!!  For this current challenge we are "inspired by...DAISY"!!  I decided to us the sketch as well for today's card.

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT643 ...A sketch challenge!!  I enjoyed this sketch so much yesterday that I just had to use it again today!!  And it was the perfect partner for the Festive Friday elements.
