Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC187 ...A sketch challenge!! This sketch was the perfect foundation for building this get well card and including several other challenges.

Just Add Ink // #JAI740 ...A color challenge!!  The color combo called for in this challenge is Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler, Pretty in Pink, and White.  A cheery combination that I hope will lift a friends spirits after her surgery.

Just Us Girls // #JUG764 ...A technique challenge!!  The technique that we are asked to use for this challenge...Stenciling!!  I used Night of Navy ink and my woven stencil around the edges of my card.

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb249 ...A retro challenge with a tic-tac-toe game board.  My winning three in a row: enamel dots (a trio of white ones), dots & stripes (designer paper), and die (sentiment).  For the retro element, I am using the Bliss stamp set, a Sale-A-Bration set (the butterfly) from 2011!! Wowsers...that is a trip down memory lane.

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC355

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC355 ...A sketch challenge!!  For this current challenge, Amy has a great "layered up" sketch.  This sketch offers up a great way of showcasing designer papers... which is what I did.  I dug into my new pack of designer paper from Stampin Up and layered it up!!  I just love this Terrific Toadstools stamp set that matches the designer papers Toadstool Gardens.

Another challenge inspired today's card...

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd827 ...A color challenge!!  The colors for this current challenge are teal, pink, and lime grean.  I used Stampin Up's Melon Mambo for my pink, Lost Lagoon for my teal, and Lemon Lime Twist for my lime green.  A terrific toadstool combination don't you think?!?

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS72 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have never been used...whether they are brand new (like today's item) or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using them yet.  Today I am using designer paper from Stampin Up...one of my freebies during Sale-A-Bration!!

Jungle Pals

Retro Rubber Challenges // #rrcb249 ...A retro challenge with a tic-tac-toe game board!!  My winning three in a row on this game board: die (Jungle Pal's matching die), flower (die cut flowers), and embossing (heat embossing of the sloth).  For the retro (use a stamp that is over a year old) element of this challenge I am using Stampin Up's Jungle Pal stamp set from last year's Sale-A-Bration event.  So this stamp set is exactly a year old!!  

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS675 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch worked perfetly for creating branches from my little sloth to play on.
