Card #1 inspired by 4 challenges...

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT634 ...A sketch challenge!!  TSOT always gives us an optional theme that we can incorporate into our challenge if we wish.  For this challenge that option is TREES!!  I decided a Christmas tree was perfect since we are now in December.

Just Add Ink // #JAI681 ...An inspiration challenge!!  My inspiration from the photo given...the colors, the FA LA LA, and the Christmas theme.  I love this bright non-traditional take on Christmas.

Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC157 ...A theme challenge!!  CHRISTMAS is the theme for this current challenge.  Very fitting since we are in the month of December.  A very bright and Merry CHRISTMAS to you!!

The Paper Players // #PP669 ...A theme challenge!!  CHRISTMAS!!  Yep they too have a Christmas theme challenge that begins today!!  It is not usual for there to be several Christmas challenges to be running at the same time in the month of December!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC553 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the perfect starting point for today's second card.

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc449 ...A color challenge!! White, Real Red, and Granny Apple Green are the colors called for in this color challenge.  Could easily be a Christmas color combination but I decided to make it a birthday combo.

{PIN}spirational Challenges // #308 ...A monthly Pinterest inspired birthday challenge.  The Pinterest photo that is our inspiration for this month's challenge is all red and green.

Simply Clean & Simple // #DEC23 ...A clean & simply challenge!!  This is a CAS challenge with an optional theme of green and red.  I used Granny Apple Green and Real Red from Stampin Up.

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT626 ...A sketch challenge!!  The TSOT team also offers a twist to their sketches.  The twist for this current challenge is to use patterned paper.  I picked some Blackberry Bliss DSP and included the twist.

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS424 ...A color challenge!!  The color combo for this current challenge is Pebble Path, Calypso Coral, Lost Lagoon, and Blackberry Bliss.

Alphabet Challenge // 6OCT2023 ...An alphabet challenge!!  N is for nature.  It used to be that when I thought of nature I thought of the woods but since moving to Florida...nature to me is the sea!!

INKspirational Challenges // #IC300 ...A designer's choice challenge!!  And the choice from Carol for this current challenge is to create a matching envelope for your card.  This challenge is perfect for me because I always make a matching envelope for my cards.

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps #SSC306

 Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC306 ...A sketch challenge!!  I had the honor of creating the sketch for today's challenge.  Let's see what trio of items you will tie up together.  I used my new Spellbinders flower dies along with my Bow & Twine die.  I hope this sketch will inspire you and that you will play along with our new sketch challenge.  Hop on over to the Sunday Stamps blog for additional inspiration from the rest of the design team.  We look forward to seeing your creations.

Card #2 inspired by 2 challenges...

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd736 ...A color challenge!!  The trio of colors for this sketch: yellow, green, and gray.  I used Wild Wasabi ink and card stock for my turtle details and sentiment trim, So Saffron ink for my sand, Smokey Slate ink for my turtle base, and Basic Gray card stock for my sentiment trim.

Sketch Saturday // #SS722 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch paired up perfectly with the above color challenge for creating today's card.

Update: This card was chosen as a "top 3" for by the Sketch Saturday team.  Thanks for the shout out on my Sea Turtle card.

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT599 ...A sketch challenge!!  For this challenge we were also given the optional twist of "large words or text".  I used my alphabet dies to create that optional twist.

Try Stampin on Tuesday #588 // Once Upon A Time #6

 2 challenges inspired today's card...

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT588 ...A sketch challenge!!  I created a winter scene for my top panel instead of layering a full rectangle and my sentiment was to long to just be in the right hand corner so it goes all the way across...I hope those two changes are okay!!  

Once Upon A Time // #6 ...A book challenge!!  Use the given book as your inspiration for your card.  I'll take a snow day over a sick day!!  The title was my inspiration and those footprints...or should I say paw prints!!  Not sure why but when I saw those footprints this Tim Holtz bear die popped into my mind!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #505

 Today's challenge was inspired by 1 challenge...

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC505 ...A sketch challenge!!  This was a great sketch for using up pieces and parts that were in my snippet box.  The butterfly had be cut out and never used and this set of designer papers were leftover from a packet from years ago.  It is amazing what you can make from scraps!!

While in my box of snippets I decided to make this card...

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT587 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch helped me make a small dent in box of snippets.  I used scraps from the same pack of designer papers as my first card.  Thanks to the TSOT team of helping me make progress in my designer papers hoarding issues.

Cardz 4 Guyz // #C4G312 ...A masculine challenge with a WINTER theme.  My card, for this challenge, was made for my nephew's birthday in January.  A winter birthday deserves a winter themed card...right?!?

TGIF Challenge // #tgifc400 ...A product challenge!!  PUNCH...the product being showcased in this challenge.  I took Stampin Up's owl builder punch and cut off it ears and used them for arms so that I could create a penguin.  He is adorable!!  Would you agree!??!

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT587 ...A sketch challenge!!  An optional theme for this sketch is "snowy days".  I think this jumbo snowflake fills that portion of the challenge perfectly.

Update: This card was chosen as a winner by the Try Stampin On Tuesday design team!!  Yippie!!  Love when one of my cards gets picked as a winner!!

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT586 ...A sketch challenge!!  With an optional twist...plaid...use plaid!!  Who doesn't love a little bit of plaid!!

Never-Before-Used-Schtuff // #NBUS45 ...A new stuff challenge!!  What is that thing you are using for the very fist time??  On today's card it is the cloud dies!!  I have had them for awhile but have never used them. After today they will be my go to for clouds because I love the little embossing that happens with these thinlits!! 

A little extra Christmas project to finish off gift giving...

Just Add Ink // #JAI634 ...An anything but a card challenge!!  Stockings...do stockings work??  These cute little stockings were made for holding gift cards!!  Just slide your gift card in the top!!  I love how they turned out!!

New Challenge @ Sunday Stamps

 Today begins a new challenge at...

Sunday Stamps // #SSC298 ...A sketch challenge!!  Pull out your floral stamps or dies and play along with this fun sketch.  Our team is excited to see what you create for this new sketch we have for you.  For my card I used a retired Stampin Up die along with the matching embossing folder.  I really hate how many sympathy card I have had to make this month!!

This card was also inspired by a 2nd challenge...

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd722 ...A color challenge!!  Use red (Real Red & Cherry Cobbler card stock), black (Basic Black ink & card stock), green (Granny Apple Green card stock), and gold (cording & enamel dots).  This color combo is perfect for a sympathy card.

Card #2 inspired by 3 challenges...

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT585 ...A sketch challenge!!  I flipped the sketch from landscape to portrait, used a jumbo snowflake die for the circle portion of this sketch, and used lace for the side panel.  And since there was a non-traditional option to this challenge I used a non-traditional color combo.

Time Out Challenge // #228 ...A theme challenge!!  Winter/Holiday season!!  A little Frosty will get you into the Winter/Holiday mood anytime!!

Jingle Belles // 12.2.22 ...A Christmas wrap up challenge!!  Show the last minute Christmas cards that you are pulling together!!
