The Library Challenge #60
Time for The Library Challenge!! I love the uniqueness of this challenge...a book is chosen and we are to create a card based on the story, the cover, or the title. I always look forward to seeing what the new book will be. For challenge #60 Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie was the book of choice. For my card, I pulled from the cover...started with Tranquil Tide card stock, embossed it using a folder that had square images, brushed it with some copper metallic ink, using the same embossing folder on a piece of Cajun Craze card stock and cut out the flying bird, layered it over the flying bird on the base, added in some copper cording, finished it off with a fitting sentiment....cause Peter Pan is the best!!
What an original look - love the richness of colour and the texture. Thanks for joining The Library.
