A Sandy Little Christmas

4 challenges inspired today's card...

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS452 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the starting point for today's card.  I liked the banners and layers called for in the sketch.

INKspirational Challenges // #IC330 ...A "mood board" challenge!!  The grays, black, and whites on this mood board give off a cold wintery feel...I tried to create that feel around my sandy snowman.

Retro Rubber Challenges // #rrcb245 ...A tic-tac-toe challenge using stamps over a year old!!   This beachy little snowman from Newton's Nook was gotten back in January of 2023 but is being inked for the first time today.  My winning 3 in a row on this tic-tac-toe game board runs down the right hand side: dies and/or punches (I used both), woodgrain (Basic Gray designer paper, and embossing (falling snowflakes for the background).

Time Out Challenge // #TOC278 ...A "inspiration photo" challenge!!  My inspiration...the black back drop, the snowman, and the Happy Holiday theme!!

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS69
...Not really a challenge blog but a place to showoff all your "never been used" items!!  I got this stamp set from Newton's Nook back in January 2023 but today is the first time I have inked up the "sandy" snowman!!  I have used the sentiment before with shells but this is the first time I have used the little snowman from this Sun Soaked Christmas stamp set.
