Happy Anniversary

4 challenges inspired today's card...

Double Trouble Challenge // #191 ...A "Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 challenge!!  Today I just followed Thing 1 and Thing 3.  Thing 1 wants us to pick a ticket for the raffle and I picked the yellow ticket! Which means, we need to make an anniversary card and enter it under the yellow ticket...check!  Thing 3 wants us to use Kraft paper...check!

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb255 ...A color challenge!!  Use 3 of the 5 colors given in the "muted spring" color palette.  This challenge also calls for us to use stamps that are over a year old.  I used Stampin Up's Teeny Tiny Wishes from 2011...definitely over a year old!!  I also used some very old designer paper from my stash...over 10 years old and can't remember which company it is from.

INKspirational Challenges // #IC341 ...A "designer's choice" challenge!!  HOT is the choice of Marlena!  When I hear the word HOT, I right away think of coffee or my hubby!!  So how about I make a coffee anniversary card for my hubby who is a coffee snob!!  LOL!!

CAS Colours & Sketches // #560 ...A sketch challenge!!  This "4 square" sketch has lots of possibilities and was perfect for showcasing this collection of challenges.

  1. Beautiful, DJ! I can't tell you how much I used Teeny Tiny Wishes, lol, such a keeper! Great choices for our muted colors, too - such a pretty DSP! Thanks so much for playing at Retro Rubber!

  2. A cup of coffee certainly fits our theme! A cup of coffee is always a good choice, in my opinion, I can't live without it. Beautiful color combination and layout too. Thanks for sharing with us at Inkspirational!
