For Mother's Day my hubby got me this fun set and it seems perfect for our "Be Bold" sketch challenge.  Who doesn't like to receive sunshine and rainbows on a cloudy day!?!

Addicted to CAS // #242 ...A code word challenge!!  WISH is the code word for this challenge!!  This little mouse blowing dandelions was what popped into my mind as soon as I saw the challenge...Make a wish, little guy!!

Just Us Girls // #JUG689 ...A CAS challenge using "3 of something".  Three dandelion stalks...both in the embossed layer and in the stamped image!!  Three is a charm...sure to make your wishes come true!!

Papercraft Challenges // #PC96 ...A theme challenge!! SUMMER FUN!!  Blowing dandelions with my 2 year old grand-daughter is the best summer time fun!!  She gets so excited when she finds one and loves blowing and chasing the seeds.

Stick It Down // July 2024 ...A monthly sketch challenge!!  This sketch, with the banner across the top, was perfect for scrunching some ribbon (instead of a sentiment banner) to match the ribbon running down the side.

TicTacToe Challenges // #tttc217 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row on the game board: fruit, square, and floral.  Stampin Up's Sweet Strawberry bundle worked perfectly for this challenge because it has both fruit and floral stamps.

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash #SOS501

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS501 ...A "shop your stash" challenge!!  No stamping allowed for this current challenge!  That is right...we want to see cards that have NO stamping on them.  I dug deep into my stash for a sheet of Simply Scrappin stickers from back in my scrapbooking days.  Perfect for a "no stampin" challenge...just stickers, designer papers, a stencil, and some hemp!!

ABC Christmas Challenge // 12July2023 ...An alphabet challenge!! O is for ornament!!  I had a sheet of ornament stickers stashed away from my scrapbooking days.

Addicted to Stamps and More // #450 ...A technique challenge!!  Use die cuts and or stencils.  I used my brick stencil to add some dimension to my designer paper.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS52 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  Stickers can only be used once...so they have never been used...RIGHT??  

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb211 ...A TicTacToe challenge!! Using stamps over a year old...no stamps here but this stickers are over 10 years old.  Stampin Up used to make Simple Scrappin kits and I have a ton of them leftover from my scrapbooking days.  That counts for being retro right...even if it isn't a stamp?!?  My winning three in a row on this TicTacToe board are twine, patterned paper, and stencil.

Another Christmas in July

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc429 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for showcasing my Santa's hat wreath, and using up some of my designer paper stash.  How is it that it doesn't seem to be decreasing in size at all!?!  I guess that means the stash of designer paper was much larger than it should have been!!

Addicted to Stamps and More // #450 ...A technique challenge!!  Use die cuts and/or stencils.  On today's card I used die cuts from Spellbinders as well as Stampin Up.

Just Add Ink // #JAI661 ...An inspiration challenge!!  The inspiration photo is of a Christmas door wreath....so, Christmas it is and I created a small Santa's hat wreath.

Jingle Belles // #JB2315 ...A year round Christmas challenge!!  For this challenge there is a Santa's hat theme.  So I created a Santa's hat wreath.  Oh...and the Jingle Belles have teamed up with the Double Trouble challenge blog.  Thing 1 is asking for a Christmas in July theme, Thing 2 wants us to play along with the Jingle Belles challenge, and Thing 3 wants it to be about Santa's hat also!
