Fab Friday Challenge #191

Today I am playing along with a sketch challenge from the Fab Friday team.  A baby card seemed fitting since our daughter and son-in-law (who are expecting their first daughter in September, our first grand child) headed back to Chicago this weekend after spending a week with us...we had such a good time together!

CAS(E) this Sketch #365

Today I am playing along with the sketch challenge from CAS(E) this Sketch.  A baby card seemed appropriate since I just found out that I am gonna be a grandma!!  Sweet news during a time that seems so grim!!

CASology #362 & Fusion Challenge

Here is my entry for the CASology challenge using the cue card...TALL!! Nothing says tall like a giraffe!!  Isn't she cute as a button!??! The sketch challenge from Fusion fit perfectly for this TALL challenge.  I also used Fusion's photo as inspiration...grays//clean straight lines//lots of white.  


My stamp was a gift and I am not sure of the brand but my designer papers are from Stampin Up and the little flower is from their retired set called Something to Say.

Paper Craft Crew Challenge #366 & INKspirational Challenge #204

I just love a baby card...sweetness for a bundle of sweetness!!  Stampin Up's A Little Wild tag set makes the cutest baby cards.  For this card I just used the front of the lion tag by cutting it in half and trimming it up.  The inspiration for this card came from two challenges...the sketch challenge from Paper Craft Crew and the word challenge from INKspirational Challenges...FAUNA

Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #329

Today I went to a baby shower and used this card that I made for the Hand Stamped Sentiments sketch challenge.  I used Stampin Up's retired Something for Baby stamp set and matching dies for this card.  

3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts) Gold, Scented, Bent Low...Gold jingle bells hanging in my kitchen adding to our festive Christmas spirit!! Scented candles from our white elephant gift exchange in our small group--perfect for me!! Greenery bent low from my wall candle sconces in our living room--more Christmas spirit!!

I have a stash of buttons so this sketch challenge from CAS(E) this Sketch was easy to pull off!!!  And since I had a baby shower yesterday, a baby card was needed!!  Buttons and baby just seem to go together!!
