Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS518 ...A sketch challenge!! This simple sketch seems like the perfect starting point for a bridal shower I am going to this weekend.

CASology // #399 ...A cue card challenge!!  The cue card for this current challenge is RENEW!!  Nothing says renew like becoming Mr & Mrs...new name, new beginnings, new home...!!

Paper Craft Crew // #PCC455 ...A sketch challenge!! A great sketch for showcasing Stampin Up's To The Moon stamp set.

Tic Tac Toe Challenge // #tttc144 ...A game board challenge!!  My winning three in a row run diagonally across the board and are blue, circle, and CAS.

Cardz 4 Guyz #272 // CASology #391

Today begins a new challenge over at Cardz 4 Guyz!! For this challenge we want you to make a Father's Day card.  So...come play along and show us your Father's Day creations!!  This card was also created for the CASology challenge using Stampin Up's Guy Greeting stamp set.  Their cue card for the current challenge is...PHOTO!!  I added a "film strip" from Tim Holtz as my photo element.

CASology // #385 ...A cue card challenge!  The cue card for this currrent challenge is LUCK!!  Nothing says luck like a four leave clover!!

Fusion Challenge // 3.4.21 ,,,A fusion challenge!  Use either their sketch or their photo or FUSE them together and create a fusion!!  For today's card I just used the photo.

Just Add Ink // #JAI544 ...A letter challenge! The letter for this current challenge is "L".  I love this retired letter stamp set from Stampin Up...I have often used it when it is time for a letter challenge from the Just Add Ink team!!

CASology Challenge #375 & Inspired By Challenge #145

Here is my take on the CASology challenge to create a card using their cue card...SPICE.  And for the Inspired By challenge...PUMPKIN SPICE. #IB145

Both these challenges called for spice of some sort...I don't have any spice jar stamps or herb stamps so I drew my inspiration from Stampin Up's new In Color....Cinnamon Cider!!  Sounds all kinds of spicy to me!!  So here is my spicy, mono chormatic, CAS card using Cinnamon Cider!!

Back your bags it is time for VACATION!!  The CASology challenge has given us the cue card...VACATION.  I pulled out Stampin Up's World Traveler embossing folder for this card.  It may have been retired but I still love it and it is perfect for this vacation theme!

CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #388 & CASology #373

SEPTEMBER!!  It is the beginning of the "BER" months when it is all about Fall!!  And it is the cue card for the current CASology challenge.  Perfect challenge for the new Beautiful Autumn bundle from Stampin Up.  This bundle has three punches that match the stamps...the acorn is my favorite!!  The cute little stitched tag is also new in Stampin Up's Holiday Mini catalog...Peek-A-Hoot dies!! Adorable!!  Stay tuned to see the matching owls!!

CASology Challenge #371

POOL....that is the cue card for the current CASology challenge.  I had to get creative with this cue card because I didn't really have any "pool-ish" stamps.  So...I just created a pool of water with Stampin Up's stitch circle die and added a little duck.  It might be a stretch but I think it works!!  Thanks CASology for making me think/create outside the box!!

One Card for Three Challenges

Today's card was created for the color challenge from The Paper Players (Real Red//sentiment, twine & torn card stock accent...Basic Gray//oars & torn card stock accent...Tranquil Tide//stamped frog, splatters & grassy area), the sketch challenge from the Paper Craft Crew, and the FATHER cue card from CASology.  I am using Stampin Up's By the Dock bundle along with the sentiment from the Guy Greeting set.

  

UPDATE:  Woohoo!!! This sweet Father's Day card was chosen as the HEADLINER for the Paper Players Challenge!!  And was a top pick for the Paper Craft Crew Challenge.  What an honor....thanks, Paper Players & Paper Craft Crew!!
  

Paper Craft Crew Challenge #378 & CASology #369

A happy hello!!! This card was inspired by the sketch challenge from the Paper Craft Crew.  I picked this stamp (Happy Seasons // Retired)from Stamping Up because I had just read about the WIND challenge from CASology but as I finished it up I realized...this is not very CAS!!  Why??....not a whole lot of "white" space and multiple layers!!  Oh well...I'll just make a second card with this windy image!!

Update:  So excited to see that "a happy note" was a top pick in the Paper Craft Crew Challenge!!  What an honor!!

CAS(E) this Sketch #372 // Addicted to CAS #184 // CASology #368

Another fun sketch challenge from the CAS(E) this Sketch team.  This simple sketch has so many possibilities!!  I will be fun to see all the different takes on this sketch.  Today's card was also created for the CASology challenge...cue card PLANT and the Addicted to CAS challenge...code word FLOWER.

Here are two more cards created using the Share Sunshine digital downloads from Stampin Up.   This 15 page download has so many fun quarantine quotes and images.  Stampin Up created it as a fund raiser for charity during this Covid-19 pandemic.  

This first card was created for the CASology challenge...MAGICAL.   I feel like it requires some magic to be "all here" and yet have to be apart!!  Don't you agree?!!?   I have even had to get creative with how we can accomplish this!!




My second card was created for the Library Challenge.  The book for this current challenge is The Girl on the Train.  For this challenge we are given a book and asked to create a card that is inspired by the cover, title, or story. Several elements of inspiration... The double lined lettering carried over to my card in the double strands of gray cording.  The sketch...red off center with the heart "peeking" out.  And the color combo...gray/black/red...one of my all time favorites!!  So classy!!  

#bethegift challenge:  Ministry of smiling day!! Smile at as many people as you can today...mask and all!!  Right now with smiles so often hidden it is even more important!!

2 Cards...CASology Challenge #366 & Handstamped Sentiments #337

ZODIAC....that is the current cue card from CASology.  A black card for my base seemed fitting for this challenge.  All products used on this card are from Stampin Up but they have all been retired...still worth keeping around!!







Handstamped Sentiments had a fun photo challenge...festive with lots of balloons!!  Let the birthday party begin!!  For this card I used Stampin Up's Everything Amazing stamp set.
