Paper Players Challenge #475

I saw this sketch challenge from Paper Players and right away thought of my new Honey Bee bundle from Stampin Up.  The six small images right way made me this of this little bee...maybe because it is knew to me.  I always find it funny that you can see a sketch and right away a certain stamp set pops into you mind.

Sunday Sketches #219

Challenge #219 from Sunday Stamps is a color challenge.  We were given 5 color and asked to use at least three of them.  I liked this color combo so much that I created two cards...They gave use 5 color and we needed to use at least 3 of them!!  Two very different looks but I am happy with how they turned out.  Thanks for the inspiration!!


3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts). Three gifts berry red...Cranberries--this season I have made some new yummy recipes!!  Plaid Christmas pillows!!  All the accents in my black and gray kitchen--berry red microwave, kitchen aide mixer, toaster and coffee pot!!

Freshly Made Sketches #413

Here is my take on the unique sketch challenge from Freshly Made Sketches.  I wish I would have had more time to play with this sketch...it has so many possibilities!!

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!!  We sure enjoyed our time with our extended family. There were nineteen of us together at a beach house this year!  Such fun...good food, great conversations, paddle boarding, fishing, shelling, puzzles and games!!

CAS(E) this Sketch #343

What a fun sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch this week!!  So many possibilities!!  I decided that washi take would be perfect for creating this sketch.  

3Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts) 3 gifts falling...RAIN!! we finally had some yesterday after weeks and weeks without!! In love...continuing to fall in love with my hubby each day, even after 30 years!!  Leaves...one of the things I do miss about VA (besides my friends) is the leaves changing colors and falling!!

Plants....Clean and Simple

Plants...I can't keep them alive but I love them!! So I guess I just stamp them!!  Here is my little teacup of plants for the Paper Players plant challenge.  

3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts) 3 gifts inside a closet...my special shoes--they aren't the prettiest but they help my achey feet//sweaters--I love my sweaters but hardly get to wear them since moving to FL//PJs--I just love soft clothes--my favorite pieces of clothing!!

Fusion Fun

A little Fusion fun today...I am using both the sketch and the inspiration picture from the Fusion challenge.  Today's card is super simple...just some dies and a bit of embossing.
