Alphabet Challenge // 29DEC2024 ...An alphabet inspired challenge. T is for TEXTURE!!  I embossed bricks onto my house and added a circle of black hemp for my texture.

Time Out Challenges // #TOC254 ...A theme challenge!!  NEW!!  This card is for my son and his finace who are closing on a house this week.  Their first house...that marks NEW in a real way!!  I also am using a new set of stamps that I recently got from Unity Stamps.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS58 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  The stamp set used for this card is brand new from Unity Stamps.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC558 ...A sketch challenge!!  A sketch challenge is the perfect starting point for a card, and I am thankful for the weekly inspiration that AHSC offers us.

Color Hues // #TCH78 ...A color challenge!!  The duo of colors for this current challenge is light blue and navy!!  A perfect pairing!!

Jingle Belles // #JB2401 ...A year round Christmas challenge!!  "Wrap it Up" is the theme for this first challenge of 2024.  For this challenge the Belles want us to use wrapping paper to make our card.  I still had one trashcan that had not been emptied and pulled out this snowflake paper that I just love.  Luckily the sketch challenge that I used called for some torn edges so these challenges worked together perfectly!!

Global Design Project // #GDP426 ...A sketch challenge!!  Again today I am keeping my cards super simple because I am running a fever and my grandkids are here visiting.

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS617 ...A sketch challenge!!  I used this sketch yesterday and had so much fun with it that I used it again for a birthday card I needed to drop in the mail for a grand-neice.  

Alphabet Challenge // 29DEC2024 ...An alphabet challenge!!  T is for texture!!  I embossed my background and also included a ribbon to double up on the texture my card is showcasing.

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd774 ...A color challenge!!  The color combo for this current challenge is blue, olive, and cream.  I used inks for my blue and olive and the ivory was accomplished with ribbon and card stock.  We can't wait to see your take of this new challenge that starts today.  Hop on over the the CTD blog and get all the details for playing along with us...there are so many great takes from the design team to get your creative juices flowing.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #58 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  The sentiment that I used on this card is brand new and getting inked up for the very first time.  I ordered this pack of sympathy sentiments and absolutely love the verbage along with the scripted font.

Alphabet Challenge // 29DEC2023 ...An alphabet challenge!!  T is for Texture!!  An embossed background is a great way to add texture to a card...but my ribbon adds even more texture!!

Today's card was inspired by this sketch challenge and no other challenges were included...With it being the new year so many challenges are on a holiday break and that works good for me.  Today we will hang out with family and enjoy reminiscing about all the good time in 2023.  I have a cup of coffee and I am ready to take on the New Year!!
