Global Design Project #224

Today I am playing along with the challenge from the Global Design Project.  The current challenge was to CASE on of their designers.  

What is CASE??
CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit 

I love the rainbow colors as a back drop so I used that...added in some black rhinestones...stamped my sentiment right over the rainbow.  I used Stampin Up's A Big Thank You stamp set for my card.
