The current challenge at Global Design Projects is a color challenge. The color combo is...Early Espresso, Shaded Spruce & Cherry Cobbler. I used Stampin Up's Friend Like You stamp set, all three ink colors, and Early Espresso cardstock. The base of my card was embossed using the 3D Basket Weave embossing folder from Stampin Up.
#bethegift: Tell at least one person they are having a great hair day!

Christmas Hoops....well not Christmas but froggy hoops (or should I say hops)!?! This trio of hoops drew me to Stampin Up's So Hoppy Together stamp set. Not sure why but just seemed perfect for these cute little frogs. So...while Inspired By's inspiration photo did not inspire me to make a Christmas card, that trio of hoops did inspire me!!
3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts) 3 gifts ice cold...ice skating in Chicago in January//southern sweet tea//home made ice cream

I usually use both elements for the Fusion challenge...the sketch and the inspiration picture...but today I just used the sketch. I realized that I am super limited in my pumpkin stamps!! This card was especially made for a dear friend who is fighting cancer!!
3 Gifts Challenge: (using Ann Voskamp's 1000 gifts daily prompts) 3 gifts on time: His perfect timing in all things, even when we can't see it!! Morning quiet time with my hubby, my coffee, and my Jesus!! Phone calls from my kids...extra special and timed perfectly every time, especially with them living so far away!!
