Just Us Girls // #JUG835 ...An "anything goes" die cut challenge!!  I am using new Emily Moore Designs dies on today's card.

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc589 ...A color challenge!! Berry Burst, Lemon Lolly, and Crumb Cake are the colors called for in this challenge.  It was a perfect color combo for playing with these new banner dies.

Cut It Up Challenge // #363 ...A die cut challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is ADD A SENTIMENT!!  I added an embossed sentiment to my die cut base and then strung up some die cut banners to finish it off!!

Can You Handle The Pressure // 08AUG26 ...An embossing challenge with a twist!!  The twist for this current challenge is TIE IT UP!!  They want to see some ribbon, twine, or thread tied up along with your embossing.  I used some Crumb Cake bakers twine from Stampin Up along with a sentiment embossing folder from Cuttlebug.

Never Before Used // #NBUS89 ...The NBUS blog doesn't give challenges but offers a great place to show off those items that have "never been used"...whether they are brand new or items that you have had for a while but haven't gotten around to using.  Today I am using new dies that I ordered from Emily Moore Designs.

New Post @ CAS on Friday #340

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #340 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme.  The theme for this current challenge is GET WELL!!  

I made two card for this current challenge...one with the die cut and one with the negative space that it left.  Both card have puppies as they are for a mother and daughter whose puppy is ill!!  One for each of them.  On the die cut card I add some scoring below the sentiment...I hate that the photo doesn't show it because it looks really cool in real life.

Little Red Wagon // #LRW870 ...A theme challenge!!  ENVELOPE is the theme for this current challenge.  I decorated my envelopes to match my card...each one has a puppy paw on it.

Crafty Animals Challenge // #108 ...A monthly challenge all about animals!!  This is an anything goes challenge as long as you include an animal on your card.

Cut It Up Challenge // #362 ...A die cut challenge with a twist!!  The twist...CUT OUT YOUR SENTIMENT!! I made two cards out of my one die cut...the sentiment & the negative space.

Cut It Up // #361 ...An "die cut" challenge with a twist!!  The twist for this current challenge is EMBOSS IT!!  I used a Verve sentiment die and two Spellbinders scalloped oval dies along with a Darive embossing folder...I added in the twist!!

Stick It Down // JUL2026 ...A sketch challenge found on FaceBook!!  July's sketch was perfect for combining these additional challenges.

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS492 ...An inspiration challenge!! My inspiration from the visual prompt...the lower photo of palm trees with a pink and orange sky.

A Cut Above // JUL2026 ...A monthly die cut challenge!!  I used two die cuts from Stampin Up...the stitched rectangle die and the Timeless Tropical palm die.

Cut It Up // #360 ...A die cut challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND.  I made my own sky background using an acrylic block, inks, and a spritzer.

The Paper Players // #PP792 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the starting point for today's card.  It worked perfectly for combining these challenges and created a birthday card for my neice.

TGIF Challenges // #tgifc583 ...A technique challenge!!  The technique that we are to use for this current challenge is...dimensionals...Popping It Up!!  On today's card, I "popped up" my lemur and one blade of grass using dimensionals from Stampin Up.

Cut It Up // #359 ...A "die cut" challenge with a theme.  The theme for this current challenge is CRITTERS!!  This little jungle critter is sneaking in with birthday wishes.  All dies (lemur, vines, leaves and grass) used on today's card are from Stampin Up's Jungle Pals bundle.

Time Out Challenge // #TOC315 ...A "pick 2" challenge!!  My pick from the 6 words (Vacation, Summer, Camping, Sun, Water and Ice Cream) given: Summer & Water.

Cut it Up Challenge // #358 ...A die cut challenge!!  I used Stampin Up's Sunrise Sailing die for today's card.  I cut out a woodgrain sailboat first and then a polk-a-dot one and layered them up.

AAA Cards // #316 ...A clean and simple challenge with a 1 + 1 game!!  My 1 + 1 from their game board: summer + travel.  One summer I would love to travel via a sailboat along the International waterway!!

Retro Rubber Challenges // #rrcb273 ...A retro stamp and "game board" challenge!!  My winning three in a row on this tic-tac-toe board, stencil (from Lavinia), twine (white wrapped in the fold), and embossing (embossing on the butterflies).  My retro stamp (a stamp that is over a year old) is from Stampin Up's Chalk Talk that came out in 2013.
