New Challenge @ CAS on Friday #342

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #342 ...A "clean and simple" challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this new challenge that begins today is SEA!!  When I hear the word SEA, I think of waves and sunshine!!  With that in mind I pull out this stencil that showcases both waves and sunshine perfectly!!  And of course the sea would not be complete without a pelican!!

3 additional challenges inspired today's card...

Allsorts Challenge // #AC857 ...An "anything goes" challenge with an optional twist!!  The optional twist for this current challenge is ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL!!  I picked a nautical creature for today's card using Stampin Up's Waves of Inspiration bundle.  I stenciled my background using a stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and Stampin Up inks.

Crazy Is Our Fame...Stencils Is Our Game // SEPT2026 ...A monthly stencil challenge.  The optional theme for the month of September is YELLOW!!  While it is not mostly yellow I did make sure to include some yellow for my Sun & Surf Circle Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs.

Crafty Animals // SEPT2026 ...A monthly ANIMAL challenge!!  I used a pelican on today's card...stamped and die cut using Stampin Up's Waves of Inspiration bundle.

New Post @ CAS on Friday #340

 

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #340 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme.  The theme for this current challenge is GET WELL!!  

I made two card for this current challenge...one with the die cut and one with the negative space that it left.  Both card have puppies as they are for a mother and daughter whose puppy is ill!!  One for each of them.  On the die cut card I add some scoring below the sentiment...I hate that the photo doesn't show it because it looks really cool in real life.

Little Red Wagon // #LRW870 ...A theme challenge!!  ENVELOPE is the theme for this current challenge.  I decorated my envelopes to match my card...each one has a puppy paw on it.

Crafty Animals Challenge // #108 ...A monthly challenge all about animals!!  This is an anything goes challenge as long as you include an animal on your card.

Cut It Up Challenge // #362 ...A die cut challenge with a twist!!  The twist...CUT OUT YOUR SENTIMENT!! I made two cards out of my one die cut...the sentiment & the negative space.

Today begins a new challenge at...

CAS on Friday // #334 ...A clean and simple challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is ENVELOPES!!  I have a stack of envelopes crammed into the mailbox!!  Oh and I stamped a matching envelope!!

We Love Stamping // MAY2026 ...A monthly STAMPED challenge with a theme!!  The theme for the month of May is ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL!!  My creature of choice, a sloth that I won as a prize but I am not sure what company it was from.  I stamped it in Memento ink and colored it in using water color pencils from Stampin Up.

Lost Coast Portal to Creativity // #209 ...A theme challenge!!  This is a new challenge for me...one I stumbled upon while looking at the Paper Playful site that lists challenges.  The theme for this current challenge is NO BODY HERE!!  What does that mean...no people or humanoid stuff!!

Crafty Animals // #105  ...An "anything goes" challenge but it must include an animal.  Sloths and mail move at about the same pace...SLOOOOOW!!

Addicted to Stamps and More // #ATS&M513 ...A theme challenge!! BIRTHDAY is the theme of this current challenge!!  I created a birthday card for my brother-in-law who is an avid turtle watcher.

We Love Stamping // MAR2026 ...A monthly theme challenge!!  The theme for the month of March is WILDLIFE!!  Turtles are so fun to watch...whether it is a box turtle, a sea turtle or a snapping turtle!  All products used on this card are from Stampin Up...the papers, punches, and stamps.

The Male Room Challenge // #208 ...A masculine challenge with a theme!!  The theme for this current challenge is blue and brown!!  A perfect color combo for a turtle card for my sister's husband!!

Crafty Animals Challenge // #103 ...An "anything goes, animal" challenge!!  The only stipulation here is that your card includes an animal.
