Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge // #AHSC494 ...A sketch challenge!!  I didn't use pumpkins but I did follow the sketch.  I love using the pieces and parts from this retired Simply Scrappin kit that I have been hoarding.

Card #2 inspired by 1 challenge...

Inspire.Create.Challenge // #ICC127 ...An inspiration challenge!!  The long border pieces from this retired Simply Scrappin kit were perfect for the stripes behind the focal point.  I kept layering my card with additional pieces and parts from the same kit.

Retro Rubber Challenge // #rrcb193 ...An "anything goes" challenge!!  Using stamps/Simply Scrappin kits that are over a year old!!  Well now I'm not sure what year they stopped making these kits but I bought my last one 8 years ago before we moved to FL.  I love them and used them all the time during my scrap-booking days.  Slowing up surely I am using up my stash on cards.  Oh and the "happy birthday" sentiment on card #1 was stamped with a Verve Stamp that is over 8 years old as well.

Simply Scrappin Kit From 2009

 Being a part of the Shopping Our Stash design team has made be more intentional about using up my stash...today is a perfect example of that!!  I used Stampin Up's Full Bloom Simply Scrappin kit from 2009 to create the following cards.  These kits were originally designed for making scrapbook pages but today I am shopping my stash and using them to make cards.

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS531 ...A sketch challenge!!  I used my square punch for getting the two squares called for,  used part of a boarder sticker for the one stripe across the bottom and ribbon for the other stripe.

Try Stampin On Tuesday // #TSOT551 ...A sketch challenge!!  For this current challenge we were also given two photos to inspire us and asked to use these photos or sketch or use both!!  Using this Full Bloom kit means I got both elements covered!!

CAS Colours & Sketches // #465 ...A sketch challenge!!  For this challenge I created two cards...one vertically and one horizontally!!  Keeping both of them CAS...Clean And Simple!!

Freshly Made Sketch #423

Here is another take on the sketch challenge from Freshly Made Sketches.  While spring cleaning my craft room I came across this stickers for scrapbooking...part of the Simply Scrappin product line that Stampin Up had several years ago.  Back then, I was an avid scrapbooker...up until my kids graduated from high school.  I haven't scrapbooks very much since then.  Maybe once I start having grand babies, I'll pick it back up!!
