Color Throwdown Challenge #622 & CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #400

 Today's card was inspired by two challenges...

The Color Throwdown Challenge // #CTD622...A color challenge! Our challenge this week was to use Vanilla, Red, Burgundy, and Kraft.  For my card I used...cut designer paper with Kraft flowers // Red rhinestones for the centers of the the flowers // Burgundy hemp ribbon // Vanilla cardmstock as my base.

CAS(E) this Sketch // #CTS400...A sketch challenge!  Simple yet classic!!  I love this kind of sketch...especially on a day when I don't have as much time to stamp as I would like!!

 

CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #399

It is time for a color challenge from the CAS Colours & Sketches team.  The color combo for this challenge is Mint Macaron, Blushing Bride, and Silver.  I thought this color combo would make a nice wedding card.  I really like how it turned out.

 Two challenges inspired today's card...

Hand Stamped Sentiments #353...A sketch challenge!  Tis the season of great joy!  I used the Joy stamp from on of Tim Holtz's holiday sets.

Sunday Stamps #245...A color/photo challenge!  We were challenged to use at least three of the colors from the 5 that were given.  I used the burgundy, green, and brown.

   

Update....I was awarded  "top cup" from the Sunday Stamps challenge!! Thanks for the shout out...you know how to make a girl smile!!

Time for a little tic tac toe fun over at The Paper Players challenge. #PP519  My winning three in a row on their game board runs down the right hand side.  For the win...Embossing/Twine/Green.  I love the rustic feel of this card!!

Less is More Challenge #433 & INKspirational Challenge #227

 Two challenges inspired this card....

Less Is More #433...The current challenge called for a single layer card that was festive!!  These embossed holly streamers are super festive!!  I used chalk to achieve the red and green coloring at the right spots.

INKspirational #227...A photo challenge!! Their photo with a cute little kitten under the tree made me think of how much fun a kitten would have knocking around this tempting holly streamers!!

 Two challenges inspired this card...

Just Us Girls #564...Photo challenge!  This arrangement of packages in green paired perfectly with the second challenge inspiring today's card.

Global Design Project #269...#GDP269 A color challenge!  The color combo from the GDP team was Real Red, Just Jade, and Garden Green.  Real Red ink, card stock, and rhinestones // Just Jade designer papers // Garden Green ink & designer papers.

It is time for another Cardz 4 Guyz challenge!!

Challenge #259...Traditional Christmas!  What do you think of when you hear Traditional Christmas??  Our current challenge has you creating a card that represents what you think of when you hear Traditional Christmas.  I can't wait to see what your traditional Christmas looks like.  For me...I think of the nativity...of wisemen seeking the Christ child...Angels singing...shepherds looking to the heavens.  We hope you will the fun and play along with our challenge over at Cardz 4 Guyz!!

That first Christmas was truly magical.  And speaking of magical...that is the theme for the current challenge for the TGIF challenge!!  #TGIFC292  

This second card was created for the Inspired By challenge...Dashing Through the dough & the Fusion challenge...Merry, Joy, Cheer  Both challenge teams gave us a photo and a sketch.  This is my take for their challenges.
