The Paper Players // #PP805 ...A sketch challenge!! This sketch was the starting point for today's card. It worked perfectly for combining these challenges and creating a "season of sparkle"!!
Jingle Belles // #JB2620 ...A year round Christmas challenge with a theme!! The theme for this current challenge is THE STOCKINGS WERE HUNG!! So...I hung up a red stocking on today's card.
I Spy With My Little Eye // #41 ...An "I spy" challenge!! For this current challenge we are "spying" BACKGROUND TEXT!! I used two background texts...I embossed one and used some Garden Green designer paper with text on it for my second BACKGROUND TEXT.
As You See It // #AYSI382 ...A "fill in the blank" challenge!! It's 3 months until Christmas, and this is the _____ Christmas card I have made!! Well I am not sure about the total because I play along with several year round Christmas challenges but this is the first Christmas card that I have made this week!

Well, this is just adorable! I love that you made a Christmas card with our Paper Players sketch! AND shared it at As You See It as well! That red stocking is just perfectly with the other elements of your card! Thanks for playing with the Players and As You See It this week!
ReplyDeleteDeb, this is so super cute - I love how you brought all the elements together! Such a perfect sentiment, too! Thanks so much for playing at As You See It!
ReplyDeleteOh what a beautiful card-- It's CAS and yet still so detailed and textural... well done, you! So pleased you could join our Christmas Stocking fun at Jingle Belles!
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely card, Deb. I like the CAS feel to it. The scripted embossing is really attractive while the green script circle adds real punch. Thanks for joining in with us at both The Paper Players and As You See It. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the texture of the embossed panel and the festive colour combo DJ. Another Christmas card for your stash; thanks for sharing with us over at As You See It!
ReplyDeleteDeb, that script embossing is really striking, and so is your choice of colours! I like the placement of the cardstock on the card front as well! Thanks for filling in the blank for us at As You See It Challenges.
ReplyDeleteAnother fabulous Christmas card and great idea to use embossed text on the background! Perfect for the current I spy with my little eye challenge, thanks so much for joining us again!
