Fab Friday #187 & Global Design Project #236

The Global Design Project's challenge (#GDP236) this week was to CASE (CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit) a card by Janneke Dijkstra de Jong from their design team.  I liked the geometric shape as a back drop with some color from behind it...perfect for layering a flower over it.  Today's card also works for the sketch challenge from the Fab Friday challenge.  Stampin Up's You've Got This was the perfect flower stamp for layering since I don't have the tulips that Janneke used.

#bethegift challenge:   Bring a potted plant to someone in the hospital/nursing home.

  1. Aw I love this stamp! This was always a favorite for fun coloring techniques! Yours is lovely here! I like the soft yellow sponging and the defined purple petals! Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!

  2. Love this, Deb - one of my fave flower stamps! Great colors and layers! Thanks so much for playing at Fab Friday!

  3. So pretty! Love your flower image, perfect colors! Thanks for joining us at Fab Friday, hope to see you again soon!
