Just Us Girls Challenge #547 & Color Throwdown Challenge #605



TRAVEL!! That is the word of the week for the Just Us Girls challenge.  Something I am really missing about now thanks to this crazy Corona Virus!!  2020 has definitely been a journey...not sure how much I have enjoyed this journey!!  Even though we can't really travel at this point we can dream, create, and look forward to a time when we can once again travel.  The color combo from the Color Throwdown challenge was also inspiration for today's card...the navy, coral, and red worked perfectly for creating this dreamy travel card.  For my take on this color combo, I used Stampin Up's Real Red, Night of Navy, and Calypso Coral.

    This card is a perfect dream and a place I hope to go to someday when this virus is all but a bad distant memory! The colors from TCT did work out perfectly! Love the added texture and the way the colors bounce around! Thanks for sharing your talents with us at Just Us Girls. PS. I live in Florida also!

    Your card is a super travel design and a great take on the throwdown colors! I'm so sad that we haven't seen our daughter in person since before Christmas! She wanted to come home but has been working with positive corona virus patients and now has tested positive this week! Bummer! Thankfully her symptoms are mild but she has to be quarantined for 10 days and travel is postponed even longer!
