Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS444 ...A photo inspired challenge!!  From the photo given, I picked the color combo (pink and gray with a touch of green), the beach theme, and the patterns!!

New Challenge @ Shopping Our Stash

 Today begins a new challenge at...

Shopping Our Stash // #SOS528 ...A "shopping your stash" challenge!!  This time we have a color challenge for you...red, pink and kraft!!  What do you have in your stash that fits this color combo??  We can't wait to see!!

From my stash, I used Stampin Up's Pretty in Pink, Real Red, and Kraft.  I embossed a floral background with a embossing folder that has gotten a little dusty and layered my die cuts from very well used dies on top.  I finished off my card with a verse sentiment (a favorite in my stash) and some twine (I always have twine of some kind in my stash).  Now it is your turn, hop on over to our blog and check out the details for this new challenge and then play along with us.  You will also find great inspiration from the rest of the design team...so many great ways to use this color combo!!

Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd805 ...A color challenge!!  Red, green, and yellow are the colors called for in this current challenge.  I used Stampin Up's Real Red, Garden Green, and Daffodil Delight.  A winning combination!!

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT652 ...A sketch challenge!!  The background banners had me thinking of winner awards for some reason...so I just ran with that idea.

Festive Friday Challenges // #FF0165 ...An "inspo list" challenge!!  For this challenge, from the inspo list of 10 items honoring State Fairs, include 3 of the elements on the list on your card.  For today's card, I used:  bright colors (red,yellow & green), ribbon (a stamped winners ribbon), and farm animals (a donkey).

Update: This card was chosen as "Festive Friday Fave"!!  How exciting to receive a shout out from their design team on this card.

CAS Colours & Sketches // #542 ...A color challenge!!  Melon Mambo, Boho Blue, and Calypso Coral are the colors called for in this clean and simple challenge!! 

Time Out Challenges // #TOC269 ...An "inspired by words" challenge!!  The quote for this challenge comes from Lilly Pulitzer..."It is always summer somewhere." Several layers of waves and several layers of the sun setting...a perfect clean and simple summer scene!

Addicted to CAS // #264 ...A clean and simple "code word" challenge!!  BEACH is the code word given for this current challenge!!  One simple sentiment, a stitched circle sun, along with some torn card stock and you have a clean beach scene.

Freshly Made Sketches // #FMS648 ...A sketch challenge!!  This sketch was the building block for today's card.  I punched out squares from Granny Apple Green designer papers and then layered my strawberries and flowers on top.

The Color Throwdown Challenge // #ctd805 ...A color challenge!!  Red, green, and yellow are the colors called for in this current challenge.  An since the picture was of a basket of strawberries, I just had to use strawberries on my card!!

Allsorts Challenge // #AC793 ...A theme challenge!!  SUMMER DAYS is the theme for this current challenge!!  I love early summer when the strawberries are fresh for the picking!!  I used Stampin Up's Poppy Parade ink, Granny Apple Green ink & designer papers, and Daffodil Delight ink to ink up their Sweet Strawberry stamp set.

Stick It Down Challenges // AUG2024 ...A monthly FaceBook sketch challenge!!  This sketch was perfect for showcasing this larger stamp that I used for the above coloring challenge.

Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge // #CCCC32 ...A monthly coffee, Christmas challenge!!  For the month of August, we are asked to create a card that also includes a cute critter!!  Coffee + Christmas + Cute Critter!!

Jingle Belles // #JB2416 ...A year round Christmas challlenge!!  For this current challenge we are suppose to use "leftovers" in honor of all the holiday meal leftovers.  My leftovers include...the coffee cup die which was what was left from cutting out another coffee cup, the designer paper was left from another project, and the sentiment sticker was left from last Christmas.

ABC Christmas // 10JULY24 ...An alphabet Christmas challenge!!  N is for No Stamping and O is for Off the Edge!!  I included both!!  No stamping just deigner papers, stickers and dies!  And for the O...my ribbon is off the edge and my Christmas pup sticker is off the edge of the cup!!

Papercraft Challenges // #PC108 ...A theme challenge!!  HOLIDAY TIME is the theme for this current challenge!!  Happy Holidays from this little pup!!

The Paper Players // #PP701 ...A theme challenge!!  BEACH TIME is the theme for this current challenge!!  How do you spend time at the beach??  One of my favorite things to do at the beach is walking and shelling.  I have shells all over my house!!

Time Out Challenges // #TOC269 ...A "inspired by words" challenge!!  The quote for this challenge comes from Lilly Pulitzer..."It is always summer somewhere."  The sand, the surf, the sun and lets throw in a few shells and that is summer here in Florida!!

Addicted to CAS // #264 ...A "code word" challenge!!  BEACH is the code word for this current, clean, and simple challenge!!  I cut my stencil down to just a column so that I would have lots of white space!!
