Cardz 4 Guyz #257 & As You See It #237

Two cards for two challenges...

My first card was created for the Cardz 4 Guyz challenge that begins today.  These vintage stamps from Tim Holtz create the perfect card for an adult male.  We would love to have you come play along with our "birthday for an adult guy" challenge.  I'm sure you have some adult men in your life who would love to be remembered on their birthday!!  So come play along with us over at Cardz 4 Guyz!!

My second card was created for the As You See It challenge.  The current challenge was a sketch challenge.  Once again these fun designer papers from Stampin Up (Whale of a Time) worked perfectly!!  I'm gonna be sad when I get these papers used up...they have been a ton of fun to work with!!

#bethegift challenge:  Print out a bunch of "You are so LOVED" cards and hide them in the pages of books at the library, on the shelves in the grocery store, or on tables in the food court of your local mall.

The transparent vellum seaweed adds a feel of underwater. I'm also a big fan of the twine swirl or "nest". It always adds a wonderful texture and interest to a card, without taking away the central focus. Thanks for inspiring me with your design on the As You See It Challenge blog!
