New Challenge @ Cardz 4 Guyz #C4G338

Today beings a new challenge at...

Cards 4 Guys // #C4G338 ...A masculine challenge with a theme.  The theme for this current challenge is "use something NEW from your stash".  Our design team is showcasing lots of NEW goodies from their stash and we would love to see what you've got in your stash that is NEW.  So...join the fun, hop on over to our blog, and play along with us.

#C4G338 // Somthing New

For my card, I used a new sentiment that I recently got from Unity Stamps..."Hello Sunshine".  I paired it up with my "sun-ray over the water" stencil and picked some beachy masculine colors to pull it all together.

3 other challenges inspired today's card...

Try A Sketch On Tuesday // #TSOT638
...A sketch challenge!!  This challenge has a new look and a new name starting out the NEW year (fitting to be paired with the above challenge) but still great sketch challenges coming out on Tuesdays.  I moved my sentiment to the square since my DSP had words on it right where the sentiment was called for.

Double Trouble Challenges // #DTC156
...A theme & partnering challenge...making double trouble!!  For this current challenge they want our background to make a statement about our personality.  This background paper says it all...warm & ready to spread some sunshine!!  And they are partnering with the TSOT sketch challenge.

Never Before Used Schtuff // #NBUS58 ...A "never been used" challenge!!  Pull out that old stuff that has never been used or grab something new before to put it on a shelf.  I am using a brand new Unity Stamps sentiment on my card to day along with some very old 12 x 12 designer paper that has never been cut into.

  1. What a great selection of colors for a masculine card and still bring in the bright and sunshine. Love the combination of papers along with the small scene created in your focal point... everything was so complementary to each other and great new stuff. Thanks for sharing your "Background Personality" with us at Double Trouble and using the Try a Sketch On Tuesday... beautiful handsome card.
