Cardz 4 Guyz // #C4G279 ...A masculine challenge!!  Today begins another guy challenge over at Cardz 4 Guyz!!  We are having a color challenge for this current challenge.  The color combo...yellow, blue & gray!  We hope you will join the fun and play along with us!!  I decided to use Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, and Basic Gray.

Paper Craft Crew // #PCC442 ...A theme challenge!!  The theme for this current challenge is "Sparkle & Shimmer".  I used glitter rhinestones for my sparkle & shimmer element.

Inspired By Challenge // #IB185 ...A scrape challenge!! Use scrapes from your stash!! I have been working at this all summer!!  I have been diligent at using up my designer papers but have barely made a dent in my basket.  This challenge was perfect for continuing to make progress!!  I also used the optional sketch offered this week.

Just Us Girls // #JUG600 ...A six of anything challenge!!  In celebration of their 600th challenge Just Us Girls has a challenge for us to use 6 of anything.  For me I use 6 sequins!!  That bit of sparkle added the finishing touch needed to complete my card.  Thanks to Just Us Girls for 600 awesome challenges!!

But...since my grand-daughter and her parents are visiting from Chicago, I have not take the time to do much stamping.  I do love this sketch and have saved it to revisit it when I have more time.

The theme for this current challenge...summer lovin!!  Summer lovin for our family mean time out on our boat...enjoying the waves, looking for crabs, watching the sea life, and fishing!! So this paper that has been hanging out in my stash was perfect for this summer loving theme.

Paper Craft Crew // #PCC442 ...A sparkle & shimmer challenge!! Add some sparkle and shimmer to your card...how about some sequins!?! Perfect little finishing touch for today's card.

Hand Stamped Sentiments // #HSS371 ...A sketch challenge!! I enjoyed this sketch with it's fun overlay.  Stampin Up's Treasures of Life stamp set with it's sketch images was perfect for this challenge.

Color Throwdown // #ctd658 ...A color challenge!!  This combo of navy, grays, and light blue was perfect for a masculine card.  With grandparents day right around the corner it was great inspiration for this card for a grandfather!!

Global Design Project // #GDP307 ...A theme challenge!! Theme--Word Play--ThanksMerciDanke!!  I remember that one of my very first embossing folders was perfect for this challenge.  I showcased each language by sponging over each.

The Paper Players // #PP556 ...A tic tac toe challenge!!  My winning three in a row for this game board...feminine, die cut, and neutrals.  I used Basic Gray as my neutral with just a little splash of color in my twine, a tea party hat for my feminie element, and a retired die from Stampin Up.

2nd card was inspired by 1 challenge...

Try Stampin on Tuesday // #tsot521 ...A sketch challenge!!  Another back to school card completed.  I had to make more of these this year than usual and this sketch was the perfect inspiration!!

Less Is More // #LIM450 ...An OLC challenge!! One Layer Card with a "spots" theme.  Single layer cards are a challenge for me but I am super happy with how this one turned out!!  Thanks for pushing me outside my comfort zone!!
